I love this book. You must get it.
I LOVE this book ! It deserves a high review. The author likes to create a wide variety of foods categorized by country. She uses lots of creativity in her recipes. They aren't the same old raw food recipes you see elsewhere, they are unique, special. Her book has a detailed section on how to make raw cheeses both cultured and traditional. Each recipe has a nice color photograph to accompany it. Raw Tortellini is a recipe that I can't wait to make. Stuffed Bell Peppers with a Béchamel sauce, oh yum. Nachos, corn chips and so many other great recipes are in the book. If your craving desserts, there are plenty to pick from. Sayuri also has dehydrated recipe section. If you want breads, wraps, and crackers, you will find something to love in her book. If anything happened to my book, I would definitely repurchase. Its simply a must have book as well as her first book. Both books have different recipes from cultures around the world.

Best raw food intro cook book!
This is the BEST intro raw vegan cook book I have seen or bought. I highly recommend the recipes, they are delicious!

Simple and soooo delicious
After 2 years totally raw food for me I got bored with my other books and I ordered Sayuri's one. I have already experiences with raw food, so for me all the explanations are clear and easy. And the food is so tasty! I ordered Vol. 1 the other day as well. I highly recommend it, if you are up to something new!
