I purchased these medals to put one on my ACTS retreat, fisher of men bracelet and it is the perfect size. It will discolor, I know, only because I bathe with it and never take it off, however; I am sure the patina will be fine along with the bracelet. It is very well made and the clasp is very strong. Inexpensive enough to replace with the extras. All in all a very good purchase.

Very nice set of 4 medals, small but nicely detailed. Would go well on a charm bracelet or thin chain. Love the silver/gold contrast. Post office lost my first order, but seller sent another order out as soon as I notified them. They finally arrived today and I'm very happy with them.

I rarely write a bad review but this product deserves it. Within a couple weeks of giving 3 of these medals as gifts, two of the four had fallen apart. A week later the third came apart. I asked the seller to make good on the defective medals and heard nothing, not even a refusal to correct. I have waited long enough and will now replace them from another seller. If you want these medals to sit in a drawer you will probably be ok - any other purpose and I would recommend finding another seller.

These medals are just as they look in the picture, actually better. Of course they are not made of noble metals, so you need to keep them away from water or humidity. They can be a nice little present. Buy with confidence.
