Used it for 24hrs but looking at the 3m adhesive tabs I’ve no doubt they will be fine.It doesn’t suck but more of rubber grip. I was worried about damage to the air vent but it got on ok and sits solid so doesn’t budge.Bonus- it came with 4x metal plates so both work and personal phone, wife’s phone and one spare! I often use my mobile phone in the car for listening to music, hands-free telephone calls and navigation. I really don't want to drill my dashboard and my old iPhone doesn’t have wireless charging, so a magnetic mount to fit onto my air vent seemed like a great solution.This mount has rubber coated prongs which grip very well onto the vanes of my air vent, holding it securely. The head of the mount has a ball joint which enables you to turn the phone to an angle where you can see the screen best. One great advantage of using an air vent mount is that on a hot day, your phone is kept cool and doesn't shut down due to overheating. 4 x 3M self-adhesive pads are included with the mount. You must allow 24 hours from the time you apply the metal plate to using it, allowing the adhesive to cure. I would not advise placing the metal plate inside a phone case, simply stick it to the outside of the case or the phone itself.I really love this mount and have already recommended it to a friend.

Best magnetic phone holder by far!Has a super tight grip on the air vent - this thing isn’t going anywhere.It comes supplied with 4 metal plates that can be used on different devices - I was a little worried that sticking the metal plate to the back of my phone was going to damage it. Not to worry - you get 2 clear stickers to put on before the metal plate! The sticker looks like it will just peel off no bother when it comes to replacing it. Saves scratching up the back of your phone. Has to be the best feature!Magnet is super strong - I am using the Motorola G7 Power on it, which isn’t the lightest phone in the world! Held it with no problems - even over bumps and swerving about to avoid all the pot holes in the road!Great little holder, very discreet and blends in. Can also change the position of the display angle for different uses.

As pictured, the product is straightforward and user friendly. One attaches the blue circles or rectangles to the back of their phones, with the help of peel-off 3M double sided tape that's already on. The phone then snaps on firmly onto the magnetic phone holder.For those like me who don't like sticking anything to their phone, it works just as well when I slipped the metal circle between the phone and silicone cover without applying the adhesive. My phone cover fits snuggly and this might not work with a thick or lose cover.The box would benefit from a set of instructions for those that might need it but for most, it is self explanatory.

It feels solidly made, and comes with everything you need to attach it to your phone or tablet. There are different size thin metal plates of different sizes in the box so you can stick them to multiple phones, which is good because I change my case quite a lot so I have them attached to different cases.It’s a nice design too and feels heavy in the hand. The magnet is strong too and holds my iPhone X easily :) it can be rotated too so the viewing angle can be made easier for you depending on where you are sitting :) I bought it so I could use my sat nav on my phone in the car but take it with me when I’m home so it acts as a nice stand for when I’m playing my music. Nice product. Works a treat.PROS:- I have an untypical air vent on my car dashboard, yet it still fits.- Very easy to put phone on and off - the magnets are strong and hold the phone tight and secure - there's no risk of it falling off anytime soon.- Comes with four sticky magnets for your phone(s).CONS:- It is a little awkward to squeeze on (on my car's vent anyway), and can come off rather easily, when you take your phone off - otherwise secure.- The magnets you stick on your phone aren't all that aesthetically pleasing - a shiny metallic blue.

Absolutely fantastic product all round. Connects very well to the vent in my VW Passat. It is very sturdy and grips excellently. The magnet is very strong as well and I really like the way it can be swivelled around to be used in portrait or landscape orientation. The product also looks very neat and unobstrusive on the dash of my car. The extra metal connector pads are a nice touch as well, particularly if you have more than one phone. Cable holder is also a nice touch. This product is very well designed and the quality is top drawer.Highly recommended.

Arrived today, purchased late last night, Amazon Prime excellent delivery as usual.The product is neat and simple, well made and does the job excellently.Took it for a test drive this afternoon and even going over country roads and bumps my phone stays in place.Really pleased with this item. Bonus is it comes with extra pads so more than one device can be used with it, very handy if you share a car or change phone.
