Irwin Naturals System-Six w/ Xenedrol Weight Loss, 100 Liquid Softgels

I've been taking these off and on for years. I seem to lose more weight when taking them. It could be because when I'm taking them I am also more likely to be paying attention to what I'm eating. That said, I feel like I have more energy when taking these and I seem to be able to put a little more umph into my workouts.Would have given this five stars but took one off because the new product qty is RIDICULOUS. We used to get 100 capsules in a bottle, and now we're down to 60. That is a 10-day supply, since you're supposed to take 6 a day. The bottle is the same as it used to be, it's just a lot more empty. I would rather pay more and make better use of the space instead of cluttering up the cabinet with extra bottles (to ensure you have enough supply on hand before reordering).

In March 2020 I weighed 214 pounds! I had been diabetic for five years, on four heart prescriptions for my Afib heart since childhood (I would tell my Mother I had butterflies in my chest!) I was a flutter but very healthy and lean! At age 73 I became determined to conquer diabetes and heart issues. I had recently met and married an 82 year old who was fit-as-a-fiddle, he has been running for the past 30 years! He inspired me. I am now 70 pounds lighter with more to lose! I am ten dress sizes littler, was an 18W now an 8! I am no longer diabetic and no more prescriptions for my better than ever heart at age 75! I’m vegetarian headed to be a vegan. I started out by watching my calories then incorporated Keto, Keto Detox, System Six has assisted my getting more fit everyday in every way!

I only take 2 in the morning. They give me energy and I already have trouble sleeping. I haven't changed much in my eating habits except eating less as I get full faster and not as hungry. Its also a mental game to not force myself to finish my plate.So far down 9 pounds in 30 days. Which I dont want to lose too much too fast as that will come back. I also don't exercise much as I work a lot but hope to change that soon.Have to give it 5 stars as its working for me

I love system six! I love the energy it gives me!I’m not a big person.. 5’3 about 135 lbs... the bottle say to take 3 two times a day. No sir! I can only take two, two times a day. So if you are a smaller person.. only take two or you’ll be looking like someone from an episode of Live PD or something! Holy Moly!!Ok as far as weight loss goes... I’ve lost 2 lbs in a little over a week. I do workout (but it’s 106 outside right now and who really wants to work out when it’s so freaking hot?!) but I’m not working out as much as I used to. I eat well. I have lost weight on these pills in the past and like I said, they give you great energy and they really do curb your appetite. I highly recommend this product, but remember... there is no such thing as a magic pill! You have to exercise and eat right to loose weight.

During my workout regime and reduced calorie nutrition plan, I've stumbled into plateaus. When I take this, I seem to skip those plateaus and continue whittling down to my goal weight. I've tried this on and off for years (I like the red version, too), and this is something I'll continue to use.

Lost a star because I don’t love how many pills have to be taken. But I am down 4lbs this week!

Love this product.Couldn’t find it did anymore for a long time then BAM ... there it was !!Product works well along with diet and exercise.
