Huge infuser basket, beautifully made, well worth the price! Buy it even if you don't want the infuser; it's that good.
This mug is amazing! I have had just about every type of mug ever created (my cupboards are groaning) and so far I love this one the best. It was well worth the $22 I spent.Pros:*It's big, holds the largest brew on my Keurig with lots of space for creamer. See the photo, I put a standard mug next to it (on the left) for size comparison. The infuser basket is on the right.*It also has the largest tea infuser basket I have ever seen packaged with a mug. The volume of the infuser basket is (educated guess) about half that of the whole mug. It's too bad they don't post a photo of that in the main listing, because it's extraordinary!*The mesh on the infuser basket is very fine, even loose leaf tea that's powdery will be adequately strained.*It's lovely. The mug is well made. Beautifully colored on the outside and white on the inside. A quality piece of dishware. It's smooth all over and does not seem likely to stain or be hard to clean. I would not hesitate to put anything in it for fear of it retaining any smell (garlicky soup, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, etc)*It has a lid. The lid fits well (not snugly, it's not for travel) and has a ridge that helps keep the condensation from leaking out onto your desk when you remove it and lay it down upside down. This also will serve to catch the drips from the infuser basket. My guess on the volume of the drip-catching area is about 1.5 oz. NOTE: I thought the lid was going to be a silicone-type material, but it's not. It's a harder plastic and more insulating than silicone. Plus, it does not get hot.*Everything is dishwasher-friendly*The parts that need to be microwave-friendly are (mug and lid.)Cons:*Price seems high. But it's easy to pay upwards of $20 for a mug with a funny saying or cartoon and you don't get a lid or infuser basket with that. The final word:I'm in love! This is my go-to mug. So long sitting at my desk sucking from insulated travel cups to keep my drink warm. I'm going to slowly replace many of my mugs with these (turquoise next time, then ivy green). I have it sitting on my new "Candle Warmers Etc." lighted candle warmer (coffee warmer), lid on, my green tea was brewed almost 30 minutes ago, and it is still almost too hot to drink - which is just the way I like it. I could not be happier with my purchase.Cheers!

Very good quality, worth the money
For about $25, (which in my opinion is a bit on the pricey side) this mug earns its worth. The cup alone is a very nice quality, because it's that type of glossy finish which actually makes the color pop and shimmer in bright light. The surface is super smooth, both on the inside and out. There are no imperfections I can see at all. The handle is large enough to hold with all four fingers through it, and the cup isn't too heavy to hold. (I avoided getting this model with a ceramic lid due to excess weight, and I'm glad I did. The lid doesn't need to be ceramic). I was expecting the plastic lid to be of low quality, but it's very solid and doesn't bend or get scratched at all. Although there is no seal on the lid along the inside, it still holds in the moisture completely, and also doesn't get hot at all, which can only mean that the liquid stays even warmer. The strainer seems to be excellent quality; although it is technically 2 pieces (one single piece would have been better), it looks very well bonded together. You will still get very small particles that will escape from the mesh, but that's to be expected for any mesh strainer you will find out there. The strainer is deep enough to hold only a single cup (8oz) and still have enough room for the leaves to unfurl. Half of the time, I use this mug with tea bags instead of loose tea (so I don't use the strainer), and I still use the lid to keep the tea warmer. Covering the tea makes for a better tasting cup, prevents dust from getting into your cup, and keeps the tea warmer longer. The lid also conveniently fits some other mugs I have, too.

Made me a tea-drinker
I had in mind a pleasant unassuming ("manly") gift for a friend who drinks way too much soda-fountain Coke, but also likes tea -- a subtle encouragement to tip the balance favoring the latter in place of the former, without my usual snarky nagging with data from Dr. Oz or Nutrition Action. I know that drinking tea is healthful, beneficial, but I don't (didn't): coffee has all it's own pleasures, but it's a bother to brew; OJ, Ocean Spray, seltzer are quick tasty thirst-quenchers. So as long as I was buying an infuser tea mug for him, I bought one for myself. It's definitely easy to use -- just heat water in a glass measuring cup on the beverage setting of the microwave, drop tea leaves into the infuser inside the mug, pour the almost-boiling water on top, sit back. Mmmmm. Notice it has a nice big handle for good grip by any size hand. I wanted red to match the red accent clock in his otherwise neutral kitchen, but it doesn't come in red; got gray to match his backsplash tiles instead; chose soothing turquoise for myself. BTW, he loved the gift -- said he was pleased to make one fresh serving at a time instead of a whole pot (he had thrown away his infuser ball because the leaves got squashed). I was happy to report the reviews I had read before committing to this purchase, that the large open infuser was ideal for steeping loose leaves. The plus for me is no longer having to deal with soggy bags -- winding the string around a spoon, squeezing out the last drops with my thumb on the label, wondering where to put it. This construction allows you to lift the infuser to drain, set on the inverted lid, then later use the lid to keep the tea warm. For such a small product, it solves lots of minor annoyances.

bait and switch
Bought this mug on Prime Day on sale for S$30, I chose the lime colour but didn't realise this colour is not on sale and was S$45 only after checkout was completed. I thought at least I was getting the colour I wanted. When I received the item it was the Tangerine colour that was on sale at S$30. On top of that Amazon won't accept returns in this kind of item. Complete bait and switch and not only did I not get the colour I wanted, I am out S$15. Completely dissatisfied.
