I use the middle one in the drill press to gently enlarge tiny holes in lenses. Works just fine.

Excellent quality item. Many times in the past I have needed tools like these to fit small items together and had to make do, sometimes with less than satisfactory results. There is no substitute for these tools for certain jobs.

I'm sure these are good tools, but I thought they would be full size. Guess I didn't read the description carefully. They are tiny. Might be good for dental work or for a locksmith!

theses things would not ream a hole in a piece of bread. totally worthless.they are nothing but a square piece of slick metal with a pointy end.Returned product, it was obviously not made properly. there was no abrasive surface to any of the files, missed that step in manufacturing evidently.

I've 2 sets of these for over 10 years and they are invaluable for working/building HO scale slot cars and related small work. Often a drill bit is not the answer. If you do small scale work ,watch making type work, scale models etc. these are a great tool. I have a LOT of small tools and armed w/the 4" and 6" file sets ( 12 each ), these reamers, a dremel or hand piece drill and other tools you can do almost any small work. Don't ask any tool to do things it can't. I've used the reamers on plastic, brass, copper and even stainless steel ( hypo tubing ) w/great results.
