Tinier than I expected but still nice
I was expecting them to be small, but they were even smaller than I expected. They are thick and the glaze is nice. I bought them for some tiny plants I’d propagated and intended to give to friends. I think they will still work for that purpose but my friends will need to transplant the plants pretty soon after that. These would be good for very tiny succulents.

Very nice for 2" cacti/succulents from local nursery / home improvement ...
Very nice for 2" cacti/succulents from local nursery / home improvement store(s) -- a little room to spread their roots but not over-potted as cacti dislike having too much soil around to sop up unwanted water. I was able to drill .25" drain holes with a diamond hole saw also bought on Amazon, and I bet the glass/tile drill bits from Bosch would work as well. When I drilled through the bottom some of the grey paint came off when I punched through to the inside but what's important to me is that the ceramic stayed intact, did not crack, and no flaws are visible. If you're looking for a solid piece of molded concrete/cement this is not it but if you're happy with cheap cute containers for single 2" plants then this works just fine. I can add pictures when I get around to them.

cute and cheap - I don't expect them to last
These are exactly what I expected. Perfect, small size, and cute design. As many of the other reviewers pointed out they do not have drainage holes, and you will need to drill them if you want to pot real plants in here. My only disappointment is that when I drilled the holes the finish/paint around the holes peeled away. I am now looking for some kind of sealant before I can put my plants in here. These are very cheaply made, and if you are wanting to use them for real plants, you may want to just get some small terra cotta pots for less than $1 each. I don't imagine these will last very long.

Very nice!
I can't believe I am the first to review these pots!? They are made of ceramic ( a little thin but not a problem) with a brushed on painted finish (I believe before being fired). I guess to make them look like stone!?. They look exactly like the picture shown. They are a little bigger than the description provides (2.75x2.75x2.75 inches). No drain holes but these type pots usually don't since there's no matching saucer. I paid $15 for the set of 5. Three dollars each is maybe a little pricy for them but after looking for something like this for some time (Internet and local store's) this was it. All in all I guess a good purchase (you decide)?! I did buy these in conjunction with the white version (same price) which turned out to be white with a lime green tint. I would definitely buy them again if I needed this size for another planting project.

An oops order that turned out great
This is a lesson in reading the description vs skimming. Ordered these for my hanging baskets and thought wow what a great deal... Apparently I did not read the description thoroughly. They are small pot.In the end they are freaking adorable. They worked great with my succulent cuttings and have made great little plant gifts.I purchased a set with "imperfections" at a discounted price, but I didn't find any imperfections on them anywhere. They are absolutely perfect and, as I said earlier, adorable.

Recommend! Great value and quality!
We used these at our wedding to put small candles in. They’re light weight, and very pretty. Added a great touch to our center pieces! Definitely would recommend!

Pleased with purchase, arrived in perfect condition.
I rolled the dice after ready the mixed reviews and I'm glad I did. The packaging problem appears to have been resolved and they arrived well packed and in perfect condition. They are 2.5 " square and unfortunately just the tiniest bit too tight to put my nursery purchased succulents in with their plastic pots. I had to replant them straight into these pots. As mentioned in other reviews, there are no drainage holes. I put in plenty of gravel for drainage and will careful not to over-water.They look great.
