Worked perfectly for what we bought it for
We rented a work space where the landlord didn't finish out the drain in the bathroom floor. We bought this to cover the hole and it works perfectly. My husband sealed the edges to the floor with caulk which probably wasn't the correct thing to do but whatever...it worked!

works fine but...
had to order two since first was dented in shipping. second was dented also. mfr should package with screw placed in the back of the package and not on the finished front surface. dent on second is small but i know its there. annoying so 4 stars.

Good cover. Completely paintable
It's a good cover. We are glowing up our home, and I really don't like those bubble covers for the plumbing release thingy. I was hoping this would be a great, slim/low profile alternative. It fit over the hole, and it took two layers of paint with no brush strokes or trouble. The builders of my house, though, made life hard for me because the release pipe sticks out further than the wall, so this cover wouldn't lie flush with the wall, through no fault of its own. Back to the bubble. Sadness.
