Excellent psyllium husks for digestive health. I switched from other product because this one has only one natural ingredient: gelatin. Price is good and I get it as a subscription to never run out and to get better price. I highly recommend it.

Great for extra fiber

so you don't have to take so many. helps a bit. but they need to realize that people take these and need to takes these every single day, so the bottles need to have 1000+ capsules in them.
