BEST KEYBOARD I HAVE EVER OWNED IN 40 YEARS OF TYPING
4 Bluetooth devices can be switched between with ease, the lighting is bright and colorful, to say the least. I owned a Logitech K800 - which had very poor battery life with lighting on and was quite heavy really. This beats it hands down, I don't normally write reviews, but if you're on the fence about getting this, don't be, just get it, you will be happy. I got the white model because the black version is supposed to be a fingerprint magnet. I do love this keyboard, what more can I say, very happy :)edit - ok it is now Jan 2020 and I got this keyboard in June 2019 - THE PRICE HAS DOUBLED - WOW - I got it for £75 to £80ish and I thought it was good at that price - at over a £100 I'm not sure I would want to pay that kind of price for ANY keyboard. Anyway over 6 months on all I can say is that this keyboard is still working just great for me. The bat is still fine - all the keys and lights work just fine and despite a few floor drops etc, I have had zero issues with it. I only updated this review because a friend came around at xmas and seen the keyboard and asked me to send him a link to where I got it from, so found this and decided to update the review. I still love this keyboard and use it everyday, sorry to see others having issues in the reviews, mine honestly has had no issues at all. My friend was wowed by the lights etc and the cute size - if you're an armchair user rather than at a desk then this keyboard is hard to beat. Anyway just like any electronics, you're bound to get the odd one with issues, as for the build quality, I think it's fine at £80, at £100 or above, you need to be richer than me to consider it a good buy at that price. If the price drops below £90 then yep get this keyboad - as long as you get a good working one - then I very doubt you will be dissapointed. My LOGITECH k800 has sat in a draw for over 6 months - this keyboard is way better for armchair users than the heavy K800 huge thing that does not do multi colors or multiple devices. I sound like a fan boy for this keyboard, but it is just that good.

Early to write a review
I wrote a review saying how much I loved this keyboard. It was great it did everything I wanted to was great to type on, and I swapped all the time between 3 devices (mac, laptop, and phone). The battery-charge on the device does not last long, so I put this on a charge through the cable that came with a device from my machine. I went out while it was on the charge (connected to the laptop) and 3 hours later came back and then suddenly the keyboard no longer worked. The keyboard was warm at the bottom (NOT HOT), but it did not connect to anything at all. I tried a factory reset and a whole lot more and nothing.I connected to the Wintel machine, and it showed me that I had a 90% charge through the cable but soon as I disconnected nothing at all. I tried for hours with my different devices, and my son tried on his machine as well and nothing. In the end, I have given up as there is NO SUPPORT from the hexgear team despite me trying, and there was nothing on bulletin boards. I have now given up and sent the keyboard and have asked for a refund. In total, I got five days to use out of the keyboard, which for the money is appalling.I am sad as I think it could have been an excellent product with the lack of help or support though and it going wrong so quickly I had to call this quits and go back to the setup I had. I have now ordered something else to replace this so; hopefully, that works out better. I have also chosen a company that I know has support if needed.

Feels cheap and white switches are not the best.
I'm returning it after 2 weeks of use, main reasons being:1) White switches activation force is high, and this is not just my personal impression, every single person that tried the keyboard said "wow, it's hard to press the keys". This slowed down my typing speed, even though I've got big hands, and after two weeks of use I was still slower than with my previous standard/basic Dell keyboard.2) Despite this keyboard being a low travel keyboard, probably again because of the white switches, the travel seemed quite long. Again, some colleagues that tried it out had the same opinion.3) For quite a pricey keyboard like this, I was expecting good quality materials, but instead this feels like a cheap plastic keyboard.4) This keyboard is not programmable (pretty useful to write macros, or to override some keys), which is something that pretty much every high-end mechanical keyboard allows you to do. You can always do this by installing some apps for this, obviously, but I prefer when this is a built-in feature.Other notes of consideration:1) It's clicky, not too loud but definitely not quite.2) The size of the numkeys is different than the rest of the keys, which won't help if you use these keys often.3) RGB lights are cool, and there are multiple options. In summary, if you are looking for a low profile mechanical keyboard to get the best of two worlds i.e. mechanical switches + low travel laptop-like keyboard, I'm not sure this is the right one for you, or at least not with the White switches.

Absolutely fantastic.
This keyboard is simply perfect. It has a lovely, clicky feel, weighty construction, bright backlights, the key travel is exactly how I like it, the keycaps feel solid and well attached, the Bluetooth functionality is responsive and feels lag-free, and the layout is a pleasure to use.The keyboard was supplied with a very good travel case and nice braided cable, and the overall quality and impression supplied by both the keyboard, the case and the cable is that of a well thought out and high quality product.I am very impressed.
