Fair Indigo 100% organic cotton dresses are my favorite. This style is very flattering and a beautiful color. Classic style and high quality.

I am 5'5" and weigh 141 lbs so purchased the medium. It fits me like I want it too. Not too tight and not too loose. It is just a tad longer than I would like but it still looks great and am delighted to have it. I am 69 yrs old and think it is figure flattering and stylish. I work in the fashion industry and bought it in black to wear to work. Looks great with all different kinds of jewelry! Simple and elegant.

I am 5'3" and 115 pounds. I was afraid that the dress would be too shapeless around the waist, but the XS fit me perfectly. It looks great with a scarf or long necklace. You can wear it with opaque tights and boots or heels. The fabric is soft and has a decent weight. Like most knit dresses, you may consider wearing slip underneath to reduce cling. It is a very versatile dress.6/7/2015 UPDATEThe dress continues to wear well. I've washed it numerous times and dried it in the dryer with other clothes. The only tip I would add now is that the dress looks better if you wear Spanx or some kind of shapewear underneath. As I mentioned in my original post, it can get clingy and show a panty line if you don't wear pantyhose. I like to wear an infinite scarf or long necklace with this dress. It also looks good with a wrap or shawl.

LOVE this dress. It is absolutely worth the price. For size reference; I am a pear-shaped size 16 and the XL fits perfecty.The dress is very flattering on me. The cotton fabric is lovely and silky, the dress skims my hips but isn't a shapeless 'tent' at all. Subtle and I could wear it any wear, any time. I bought the black, and will buy the purple if amazon ever gets it in my size.

I like this. It doesn't 'spark joy' but that is my fault for thinking I could wear this sleeve length. My elbows aren't my best feature as I have arthritis, but I have been wearing it with a thin cotton turtle neck underneath. And speaking of necks, I wish this company would make more plain A-line type dresses like this. We who have a collection of beautiful scarves and statement necklaces do NOT want clever necklines with bows and ties. Their other dress I had my eye on with longer sleeves comes with a built in tie at the neck, and I didn't buy for that reason. Regarding this dress, I love the fabric and the color, and the fit. And the Fair Trade part.

Love the stretchy cotton fabric. Great fit, great length (not too short, not too long) very happy with it.

I am only 4' 10". It is very hard for me to find any dress to buy. This has a lovely fit; not too tight or too loose, so I can wear it without the waistline hitting me oddly. But it isn't baggy either. The fabric has a wonderful feel & folds to a tiny package for packing.
