I was not a big fan of these inserts. To be fair, I’m not sure if it mostly has to due with my feet or the product iitself. They just become quite uncomfortable after wearing just a short while. I didn’t feel as if they provided much pain relieving properties.

Nothing massaging about these-Felt like I was walking on gravel. The magnets would come out and then felt like walking on a rock--Created more pain in my feet. Do not but these- I tried to give them a chance but of course the return period stopped while I was trying to adjust to them-DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE-they will hurt your feet.

Work very well. No directions for use. I was excited to try them and did not examine them closely. DO NOT PUT IN UPSIDE DOWN IN OPPOSITE SHOE!! They work great if they are correctly used.

Live these just make sure you start slow. 2 hours each day for the first week then add an hour the next week. Go from there! For me these were a relief for my feet and I am a believer that there is absolutely a science to these.

I'm using in my shoes only time tell 🙏 they work for pain let Kno more I n time.

They really don't massage my feet, they hurt my feet. And the little metal things keep coming out.
