Great Book
This book and probably the others by the same author is really excellent and has more detail than many Bible reference books. Not good for someone who just wants to skim briefly over something. Highly recommend.

This book is easy to read and has a lot of reference to scripture that helps in comprehension. I would recommend it to anyone leading a Bible Study group.

Well Worth It
This was the final book in this series I had to get. I bought the first one, Vol # 3 for a Masters level class two years ago and enjoyed it. I bought the the others and I appreciate the in depth knowledge and insight provided by all of the authors. I even recommend the series to my classmates. A lot of greatrefence material to be found in these books and at a great price too.

Amazing book and a lot of things learnt.

Useful basic introduction
This is very clearly set out and easy to follow guide which gives a basic introduction to this part of the Old Testament.The main drawback is that it accepts the OT text at face value uncritically without contextualising any of the debates on interpretation.
