Quality
Well I was unable to swap this in to my to my ‘97 F-150 before I sold it, but this sure looked to be a high quality unit. And the box was marked…Made in the U.S.A. So I returned it, but I would not hesitate to buy it again if needed.

It's a Moog
I ordered this for my expedition and it arrived late(Not the sellers fault or amazon..It was due to covid-19 and the post office. (Rural route carriers) _)I turns out that the issue was not the pitman arm but a defective steering gearbox output shaft. It was installed as along with the new gearbox..It was 100 times better than what was on it.. IT fit exactly and has a beefy feel to it. The grease cap is thick and fits well unlike those chinese ones with paper thin dust caps or none at all..How long will it last? It's a Moog it will last!..Yes I am happy with this part and I recommend Moog Chassis parts

Problem solver
Moog steering and suspension components are by far the best money can buy. The Moog pitman arm I had installed on my 1998 Ford F150 ultimately fixed the death wooble on my truck. As stated on the product’s packaging “Problem Solver”, it delivered on that promise. Best of all this product is proudly made in the US and not some cheep part made in the “Republic”. If your thinking of doing front end work on your vehicle, buy Moog even if the price is steep cause it’s the same amount of labor hours to install a cheep substandard part and a Moog Part. So go for a reliable part cause it’s going to be a long time before you have to do another rebuild vs. getting cheep part from the Republic.

Fit like OEM Part.
This part fit and functions as it should. Biggest problem was getting the old pitman arm off. I rented a puller from a local auto parts and spent hours trying to get the old arm off the steering box. The puller bolt was made with a rounded head on the end preventing use of a socket. I tried using a 12" adjustable wrench. Then i couldn't get the arm off and i couldn't get the tool off of the arm and spent parts of two days trying to find a way to get the puller off of the old arm. I took that puller back and the auto parts store replaced it with another puller. This puller had a bolt that allowed the use of a 6-pt socket. The only problem, the jaws spread and failed to remove the arm. Then, I went to NAPA and bought a puller which removed the pitman arm allowing me to replace it with the one received per this order!! Whew!! (No I'm not being paid by NAPA! I READ OF A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH CHEAP PULLERS ONLINE and the reviewer did the same thing by buying a puller from NAPA!).

Fit perfectly - made in USA
I replaced Upper Control Arms; Lower Ball Joints and an inner Tie-rod end in addition to this Pitman Arm on the front-end of my 1998 F150 - all with Moog parts and all fit exactly as advertised with no problems. I was pleasantly surprised to find "Made in the USA" on each of them. With the new parts in and the alignment done, I really noticed the tighter, quieter ride.On this Pitman Arm, you'll want to use one of the quality pullers - I ruined a cheap one and finally went with an OTC Conical.
