3M™ Medipore™ +Pad Soft Cloth Adhesive Wound Dressing, 3569, Dressing - 3-1/2 in x 6 in, Pad - 1-3/4 in x 4 in

After having major surgery, the 3M Medipore gauze pads were a lifesaver! I had to use them over my incision as it was healing. They were extremely easy to dress the area and very easy to lift off of the skin. The process was virtually pain free to the incision and I did not have any trouble with the adhesive sticking and attaching to the skin like most bandages. It simply peels right off. As the incision drained during the healing process, the pad was transparent enough for me to see whether or not it was time to be changed without having to remove a portion of it to check underneath. The only negative I would have is that they are quite costly. But for the price is nothing for something that really does the job as well as this.

When you have an open wound from surgery you need a soft pad that will fit around the area and absorb any weeping from the wound. This 3M product is as described, a soft cloth adhesive. This item is 3.5 inches by 6 inches, a perfect size to fit the fusing of the back vertebrae and reasonable in cost enough that you can change it daily after a shower. Being made of soft material it doesn't bunch up under your clothes causing additional problems.

These pads are like breathable oversized bandages. I used them because the doctor's office used them for wound care. The pads were large enough to use on non-laproscopic open appendix wound. They are not bulky like the pads hospital provided, they stick well and don't leave sticky residue when pulled off. Great product, extremely easy to use, especially for someone with non medical background.

I have very sensitive skin and is hard to find bandaging that I can use............As with any bandage, don't just rip it off, especially when using on very sensitive, think skin.....face,.neck, upper chest and when covering surgical site.I always put a finger on my skin and press it on my skin and gently pull bandage off in other firections, this helps removal tremendouslyThis works very well, I do cut down the "adhesive" part as I found I don't need to have that much for current useMay need it for different area, but on arm, less sticky part works fine. You can put vaseline or antibiotic cream on yourwound (as directed by your doctor), put the bandage on and so far I have not had any leakage

If I knew that the item has only ONE pad, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. The picture with the number "25" is misleading. Also, one answer in the customer questions and answers section says this item is a box of 25 pads. I wouldn't give it any star if there is an option.

The adhesive is gentle but adheres well. The product I received is exactly the same as those I received through regular, insurance-paid sources. One-day delivery was necessary and amazing. Not many things really require it, but I really needed it this time.

So many choice out there but this one was perfect for a long skinny suture site. Absorbent but easy to remove.

I recently had surgery and the wound was large enough to require dressings that aren't readily available in any local drug store. These worked wonderfully and were practical, comfortable and provided protection during healing.

Purchased for post-surgical wound dressing changes and is perfect. Loved that I could order and have the products here, often the next day, while caring for my husband.

Used post op in a large incision. The padding sits nicely on the wound absorbing really well and then the soft cloth tape is more gentle on the skin compared to regular medical tape

Horse had a massive gaping hole in the leg that was required to be covered. Used different vet issued wraps and bandages that just didn’t work. Remembered these bandages from the hospital. Was amazed to find them on Amazon. They were delivered the next day. Stuck to the horses leg and kept the wound covered. Sped up healing. Bought and extra box to keep at the barn for the next injury. Highly recommend for animals and people.
