I feel like they actually work! Took my 2yo to the doc cause he would randomly scream in pain (on the spectrum) and doc said most likely growing pains. So we tried these and he stopped screaming and slept better!

I had hopes on this product for my daughter's pains but I did see any difference after a few days of taking it.
