This is a great coffee delivered to your door FRESH. I've been having issues with high end coffees purchased through Amazon being delivered past use-by date and occasionally WAY passed and stale tasting. Barbarossa might have roasted this per order it was so fresh! Bloomed beautifully in my Chemex that I had to review!The coffee: this Kenya is a smooth, full-bodied cup of coffee. Just a hint of rich fruitiness, but not overly acidic at all. The roast is visibly a medium roast, but the flavor is strong enough to please all those dark roast fans and stand up to milk or cream if you like. I am ordering another bag for my dad who is accustomed to his old fashioned cup of strong roast coffee. During the week I brewed this in my Mr. Coffee drip brewer and had coffeehouse quality brew every day.

Amazing Specialty Coffee
Perfect roast level and rich a flavor profile that is accurate to the notes provided by the roaster. Beans were fresh and high quality. The packaging was beautiful and well-constructed. Everything about these beans was well worth the money and I will definitely purchase again!

Such a rich coffee from a great local business
I made my coffee in a chemex with this Kenyan bean. The aroma was amazing! It had a floral and berry smell to it. The taste was also spectacular. For this coffee, it’s best to drink it black with no cream or sugar. Great coffee!
