Dont think they work
I had been taking these for about 2-3 months and thought I would continue them to see if they needed more time. Well its now about 4 months and I cannot see any difference in my nails. I will finish the ones I have but actually they are continuing to get worse. So they may work on someone else, but not for me.

Make you feel sick
I felt sick every time I had one of these capsules and have stopped using them very quickly. Hence cannot really comment on whether they work.
