Moxie BOYZ - Jaxson
At first DD was a bit disappointed due to the size of the Moxie BOYZ; she was hoping for a date for her Moxie Teens. Unfortunately, Moxie BOYZ come to about chest level (if they were standing on tip toe) on a Moxie Teen. I probably wouldn't have purchased the BOYZ if I had realized they were so short. DD has since purchased a few Moxie Girls and they are the correct size for a date. BOYZ/Girls vs. Teens - The older Teens have wigs and nice eyelashes while the BOYZ/Girls have painted on eyes & lashes. The Teens have shoes while the BOYZ/Girls have pop off shoes (the ankle down pops off to be replaced with another choice of shoes). A good point for the BOYZ/Girls is that if you have a stash of other doll clothes (ie Barbie, BFFs, etc.) chances are good that some of the clothes will fit your new friends. I really like the Moxie dolls
I really like the Moxie dolls. My daughter got one for her birthday and I wanted to add to her collection. They are well made and promote play and imagination. My only complaint is that it wasn't stated more clearly that they have NO FEET! The shoe/foot is all one and pops off, leaving just a stump. Wish that was mentioned in the description. Not all Moxie dolls are like that.
