Dog is sometimes a very picky eater but will eat this with no real issues

I add a tablespoon to a an eighth cup of dry ,3 chopped up baby carrorts add hot water, stir. good for her and the crunchy carrots better for teeth then any dog bisquit

I bought this dog food for every dog we have ever had. Never a problem with any of our dogs. I can’t find it now. I hate to switch food, but I have no choice. I did find it in one place, but they want forty three-dollars for a case. I paid twenty seven. I really hate to switch. I hope I can find something as good.

Can't tell you how good it taste but my dog sure likes it and because she is a T-cup we can make 1 can spread 4 days

There seems to be such a shortage of this ( and I’ve tried all the websites)That all of these Amazon sellers are selling these cases AT DOUBLE THE PRICE.Loved this food for my pug!Got him @1yo weighing 25 lbs ( he’s a tall pug) now 10 years later, he still weighs 25 lbs!I also had an obese Bichon, that loved this AND knocked off a lot of weight. Slow but steady.Unfortunately, I cannot afford 43.00 per case.Sellers on Amazon have taken advantage of the shortage!Stayed “in brand” but changed his food to sensitive stomach recipe.

Our dog is diabetic and she gets 1/4 of a can with a few kibbles twice a day, she takes 3 units of insulin and doing fine, playful. Our Vet recommends Hill's and also Purina because they do research and he trusts the product. The delivery is so fast and most convenient since our corner store PetSupermarket did not reorder this when we asked them to...so AMAZON you win again!! Each dog is different so always feed your dog what your Vet recommends, for each dog's history is different, specially when being monitored for glucose. OUr dog doesnt get tired of this stuff!

I'm a veterinarian, so I trust Hill's to make quality food. I have fed and will feed multiple different flavors by them. Probably not this one again, though. I feed my dog a rotating diet of high quality canned - Hills, Proplan, Natural Balance, Nutro, etc. Admittedly, my dog is a little bit of a garbage disposal in that she will eat just about anything, dog-food-wise. I had a coupon and opted for this flavor since liver is not very common, it would give her more variety.She is not a huge fan... she will stare at me for several minutes before resigning herself to eating it, which is HIGHLY unusual for her. I can't say I blame her, as one of the principle ingredients is ground corn, and corn is HIGHLY visible in the loaf. I have a thing about animal protein vs plant protein, which is one of the reasons I feed canned. It was more than a little disappointing to see this be some weird cousin of kibble with so much corn.The can is also not a pull-top, which is little more than annoying but I did slice my thumb open on the very first can due to my extreme lack of can-opener skills.Overall just disappointing - doesn't feel in line with Hill's quality.

I had been giving my chihuahua the other chicken flavor of the lite weight management, but the price went up a bit. So I decided to try this liver flavored one. Liver gags me, but I had to remember this was for my dog! Turns out it is not cow liver, read the ingredients. For the last few days I put a small scoop of this one, and a small scoop of his old one, to get him used to it. He scarfs this one down first every time. The nutrition is the same as the other one of this formula.

Unfortunately my dog won’t eat it. I made a mistake when ordering.

We have used this food before as our Yorkie seems to be prone to pancreatitis and this food is low fat and she seems to like it. Price is the same as PetSmart but like to buy a case at a time instead of piece meal
