Just unboxed it and its all in japanese but you can figure out how to assemble it. Its all plastic however it seems strong and well designed. It does make exercise wheel abs much easier to do. I would recommend this product to others

Been using for alittle over a month i can say my core is definitely stronger then before. You can feel this in your abs. You also feel it in your arms. Will try to do for 90 days straight to see if i get a six pack. probably not, but I will say that my abs are more stronger than before, I can tell by doing stuff at work and at home. A couple of people say it look like i lost a couple of weight too.

CONSISTENCY WILL MOST DEFINITELY PAY OFF IN THE END FOR SURE.

This one works pretty good for my small apartment. I can even excercise while watching TV.

I purchased this product for my son who plays soccer for his core muscle training.What he likes the most about this product is the twin wheels which are about shoulder width apart to provide extra stability when rolling out further and back in.He says it feels easier to roll with this product compared to the one with a single wheel he owned previously, but it tones up and strengthen the abs more effectively.I gave it a try using the product to get rid of my lack of exercise. The support tube is really helpful for a beginner like me.I could feel the burn on the muscles I don’t usually use in daily life and actually see those muscles are firmed up a little bit even after the first use!Hopefully I can gradually increase reps to see more result.My son usually exercises with this in our living room while we watch TV. It’s not bothering at all as the wheels don’t make any squeaky or rumbling noise.Another pro is that you can tone up the whole body using the rubber tube. My son says it feels the same as working out in the gym with the huge cable machines.I will definitely try the arm muscle training to get rid of my arm flab!A total gym worth way more than $59. I highly recommend this product.

An ab roller my husband bought was too hard to use without wrecking my back.In comparison, the twin rollers are pulled by tubes and don’t go all the way beyond my control, so even sedentary people like me can stretch the whole body comfortably and enjoy exercise from day one.Bulky machines such as Stepper and Leg Magic now occupy our room. I wish I’d known this earlier for a full-body workout!
