A Very Honest Review
First I would like to say, I passed my salesperson exam on the very first try and I felt like this book is the reason why I did.But I'm giving this book 3 out of 5 stars because of how it is presented, the sometimes poorly written practice tests and the non explanations of answers. The chapters are presented as each title says it is. And it is laid out to were it shows you what brokers/salespersons need to study and what appraisers should study. Just read the introduction. The readings were comprehendible. At some points I didn't quite understand but just read it again and I understood. When you reach the end of a chapter, there is a practice test. Some of the questions were hard to understand. I felt a few of them, the grammar was off and slang was used in the wording. Some other questions seemed like they had the wrong "correct" answers as compared to what I read in the chapter. I wish there was an explanation of the correct answer so I could see why this was the "correct" answer. The fact I had to double check answers made it confusing, which did not help me learn so I had to turn to other books and online material. Also, on some of the practice tests, you encounter questions from chapters you haven't read yet or questions that are not even presented in the study material. It's like they wanted to throw in random questions as filler.BUT I honestly feel that this book explained most of the material to where I was able to understand and grasp the information and PASS my exam on the 1st attempt. It was a lot better than my real estate courses I had taken.Confusing? Kind of. I just can't recommend this book 100%. I recommend it with caution. You will have to use other study material to back up answers and subjects in order to use this book. Which is very unnecessary and therefore the low score.

Great study tool
Awesome detail in this book. It's to-the-point and explains things very well. My only complaint so far is that I do wish they included explanations to the quiz answers. Also, if you're serious about passing this exam, download an IOS app called "Real estate for dummies" . Not sure if they have it for android but probably. It's $10/ month with a 3 day free trial and has HUNDREDS of quiz questions ALL with explanations and they guy is actually pretty funny and keeps it interesting.Good luck!

Not worth it
The book does not say which content is for what license. There is a different need for salespersons, brokers and appraisers, but I have to figure out what it is I need. The book does not explain the answers for quizzes. It claims there are sample tests, but those tests repeat the questions I got earlier at the end of chapters still without explanation. The biggest problem is that I don't know what I need to study. Also, some questions are out of nowhere - there is no mention of that content in the text. This book is a waste of money.

BEST OF THE BEST!
Began my Real Estate Course using another book. Decided to also try Barron’s; and thank God that I did! The Barron’s book was MUCH more detailed, in depth and more difficult than the book I began with. Passed my exam on the first try. It’s worth your money and time.
