The Key to the Indian (Indian in the Cupboard)

I read the stories of the Indian in the Cupboard and wanted my kids to have it too. And as expected they both love it but my older one loves it so much that it is next to her bed and became one of her favorite reading books together with all the other ones from Indian in the Cupboard. She said it helped her to understand the relationship between the Indian tribes and the "White Men" better. I feel it is a nice book to help children understand people from different periods of times better, especially for kids in the digital age.

I read these books as a kid, and my daughter started reading them last year. To my surprise, there was a fifth book.We really enjoyed reading these books together, and she loved the characters.The writer is British, so you may have to provide your child with some translations to American English.

This book is probably the best of the series because of the adventures Omri and his father have, but there are too many inaccurate details to make it really good. And, I'm so disappointed that the author changed Little Bull's name to Little Bear after the movie came out. She should have kept his name because she created it.

Had to modify heavily as I would read aloud to my younger boys that started with the first book, as the series progresses the more dark and adult themes emerge. I skipped and modified content more and more as the series progressed and this book was the most modified and I would recommend reading ahead

I was really excited to find this final installment to the Indian and the Cupboard series by Lynne Reid Banks. This was my favorite book series growing up. I always felt it was left unended and never knew about this book until I stumbled across it here! So excited to finally finish the series after all these years! I still enjoy reading these as an adult.

I recently had a son and pulled out this series to read to him like i read in my childhood only I discovered I had unknowingly not read the whole set so I just had to buy the final book!! This book was a joy to read as the series was as a whole and I only wish it would have continued these books will be passed down through generations as only good books can be!

My son loves these books I highly recommend buying the whole series.. it’s a whirlwind story with some intense situations but they provide an excellent opportunity to talk through life with a child you love.

The last book in the Indian in the Cupboard series is another winner. For the older elementary school child who likes imaginary and mysterious situations, this is a marvelous end to a wonderful series...but it also leaves the reader with the hope that Banks will soon decide that there could be another book to come. The history is for the more mature. Buy the series if the first book is enjoyed

Indian in the Cupboardの完結編です。前四作を読んでないと内容はよく分からないと思いますが、ここらでちょっと説明をしてみます。一巻では、主人公Omriが誕生日にもらったCupboard にプラスチックの人形を入れると本物の人間になることを発見します。続く二巻から四巻では、親友Patrickとともにcupboardをめぐって色々冒険をします。そして五巻。いよいよクライマックスなのですが、想像もしなかったどんでん返しがあってラストにふさわしい感じです。お父さんにcupboard のことがばれたり、お母さんが実は・・・あまり書くとネタばれになるのでやめておきますが、とにかく面白いです。童心に帰れます。おすすめなのでぜひ読んでみてください。（前四巻のことは、各巻のプレビューに書いてあります。）

The last and probably the best of The Indian In The Cupboard series of books, Little Bull is in dire need of help and Omri and his father have to figure out how to get back in time to help him, in doing so Omri and his brother end up in India with their bodies transformed into puppets where his brother ends up injured before they can get back. The next attempt is with his father, they manage to get to Little Bulls village where they try to find a way to help the indians, the white settlers are tring to wipe them out so they can claim their land, I would advise reading the whole series, everyone has probably seen the film or read the first book, not aware of the other four in the series, you will love these books.

Excellent, well written a story that leads you through adventures. But throughout the adventures there's one person who knows exactly what's going on in fact this person has known what was going on in every book but they never said anything because they understood how important it was for Omri and later his Father to have these adventures. So I won't say who this person is because that would be a huge spoiler.

Great ending to the series of five books well worth reading I will read all these books again perfect reading couldn't put it down

I love it so much read the whole series please and you will be am amazed by all of the happy and sad and confusing moments that are in this series of books. long live little bull, omit, boone, patrick, twin stars, and ruby
