THERMOS FUNTAINER 16 Ounce Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Bottle with Wide Spout Lid, Cool Gray

I’ve been very happy with the Thermos brand. I decided to buy this model for my son to take to camp. It’s excellent in keeping his water cold and no leakages. A week ago, I was placing the spout lid on when it slipped from my hands, crashed on the kitchen floor, and I noticed a rubber ring fell out of the lid. I tried and tried to properly place it back together but have had no success and now the bottle leaks when my son goes to drink from it. I loved this bottle and decided to call Thermos to see what they’d recommend. Thermos Customer Service was fantastic! The representative suggested sending me two replaceable parts (1 being the plastic ring) and try replacing those first, and if that didn’t work, then they’d send me a new spout top. I received my parts (at no charge as a one time courtesy), replaced them, and now have not one drip of leakage! Extremely happy to have the Thermos bottle back to normal and was very happy with the Thermos Customer Service department.

My son only had this thermos for one month and it is already leaking. I have to order a new one now. I will be getting a different brand

Bought for my son for school!. We have bought 4 of these so far for both our kids! Great quality! Water stays cold all day!!! Easy to clean! Better than the straw cups!I did notice that the ones I bought at my local target store the thermos is written different but no big deal attached picture of both cups

I have purchased 4 of these Thermos water bottles. The silicone stopper has gotten stained over time and it is impossible to clean it off. They are washed every other day and still have the mold or mildew like stain. I can't believe there isn't a way to purchase a new seal. I do not want to have to purchase new water bottles, as they are not cheap!Another issue that they do in fact leak. If they are left sideways for any length of time there will be a puddle underneath.

Sometimes the top opens from the slightest touch and that can be a problem

Absolutely love this Thermos. Got it for myself, and works perfectly. Keeps my water nice and cold in this uncomfortable heat, and for long time. My 3 year old likes it too, so much that i had to order him own. Love that there is no straw and the spout has controlled flow where my little one drinks perfectly from it as well.

The rubber ring falls out of place frequently and will leak... But other than that my son loves this bottle.

Leak proof and there’s straw so no hard to clean areas. No moldy straws. I put ice in it for my little one for school and i opened it the next morning to refill and it and it still had ice in it. Awesome product! I’ll buy more!
