I am not getting any compensation for this review, it’s just honest. If you fly a lot, have back problems, can’t afford first class, or are flying a long distance, you need this foot rest. We just flew to Italy and back for our honeymoon and this was an amazing buy. I’m 5’8 and have back spasms, so being tall and sitting in an economy seat on a plane for a long time is very uncomfortable for me. I made the strap as short as it would go so my knees were bent when I put my feet up. This alleviated my back pain and made a 10 hour plane ride comfortable enough that I could sleep. I am SO happy I bought this and wish I would have found it years ago. It’s small enough that I could put it in my purse and weighs next to nothing. The memory foam is comfortable and did not bother my feet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!

I really like this airplane footrest. It always bothers me that I cannot prop my feet up on the plane because I sit cross legged or propped most of the time elsewhere. This item is very well made and has an extra long strap that is easily adjusted. Yes, you must remove the device from the seat back tray before adjusting (and take your feet off it) but it’s very simple.I added pictures so you can see the design and the padding. It has comfortable cushion for your feet as they sit inside. You can also see the nice buckle it uses. It feels heavy duty so the weight of my legs and feet won’t break it. This does wrap your feet like a hammock rather than staying flat. I know some people would rather it stay flat. I liked it wrapping my feet.

i truly genuinely honestly love my foot hammock. the only reason why i docked a star is because i got it with the intent to use it beneath my desk and even with the strap fully extended, my desk was still too wide to comfortably use the hammock, so i bought some heavy duty sticky hooks to hang underneath my desk and it’s perfect now. i like the cushion on the actual hammock part because when your feet are hanging it feels like a small pillow instead of just flat canvas

I've just used it for a recent travel overseas. Sat on economy middle seat on a 16 hours flight. Very average, not quite comfortable over all. Its quite slippery where the pads are also, with the tight space, you cannot stretch your leg decently and I'm only 5'3" . If you're only using it at home then that's a different story. But for the purpose of travel, it's not going to be helpful putting those feet up.

Great for helping with fidgety legs on a 5+ hour flight between san francisco and orlando. I'm 5'3, and sometimes I end up trying to put my feet tucked up under my lap to be comfy. This guy hooks around the tray table in front of you and was sturdy for my rocking my feet back and forth and for extending my legs out (kinda felt like an anti gravity lawn chair). I had to make a few adjustments with the strap height to feel comfortable. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to adjust the strap a bit higher again, you have to take it off the tray table, adjust it, then put it back on.

This didn’t work. I’m bummed. I tried on my trip to Hawaii and the strap and where it sits on the tray didn’t hold. The tray just falls down when I put my legs or any weight on the swing part. By the time I got back from my travels the time passed to return.

To me, this is a game changer. Allows me and my daughter to sleep soundly on a plane overnight on multiple long haul flights. She’s 5’2”, I’m 5’7”. My 6’1” son gets no benefit from it and doesn’t like it. I love it! It’s light and easy to use, and does not seem to bounce the seat in front of you at all, which was my concern. If you move gently, it seems to not affect the seat in front at all. Much more comfy in economy with this!

On long drives I sometimes end up moving to the back seat to put my feet up. I ordered this footrest for a recent road trip. It took a little time to find a place to attach it but once I got it in the right position it worked great! I was able to easily put both feet up or just one without any adjusting.One thing I recommend is setting it up before the trip and getting it comfortable so that you aren’t delayed on the way.I will be using it from now on on all my road trips and may even see if I can put it under my desk when not traveling.
