These doilies were the perfect accent on an elegant layered place setting. The occasion was a silver, blue and white "winter" themed luncheon for a group of twenty-four friends. The surrounding room décor was brought to each plate by these doilies. Excellent!

Got these for part of a table decoration for a birthday party. Very pretty metallic silver color. You just had to be careful when taking each doily apart. They are fairly stuck together and since the pattern is cut by a machine not all the silver parts which create the holes have been completely removed. So while taking each doily apart, it created kind of a mess with silver bits of paper every where. Also the doilys didn't lay flat once you pulled them each individually apart. This is easily corrected by laying a heavy book on top of them for a couple hours. Even with all that annoyance, I still give it a 4 because it actually is a very pretty item and really made the table decorations pop. I would buy them again .

We were looking for doilies for the centerpiece of a 36" table and these are perfect. They look lovely snx add a bit of distinction to simple tealights!
