These are a very tasty brand of Freeze-Dried Bananas. They are Not dried Bananas. Which is different. Dried Bananas tend to be hard and also have sugar or sweetener added. These are as good as fresh.I personally measure them out, add some water let them soak for a few minutes, and you get a texture that is like a fresh banana.Obviously you can eat them as is. Lot's of people do. I prefer to add water. Once you add some water, you could cook with them or eat them like they are.They are great to have around when you run out of fresh fruit. Or for emergencies. The Package indicates a year or so or three shelf life. It would seem, being vacuum sealed the would last much longer.I am no expert on that though. But the FDA does seem to indicate that most packaged fooda have a much longer shelf-life than the Best By label.Freeze Dried fruit is expensive. Someday I might purchase my own home freeze-drier. But until then, these are great! Taste great.These are freeze-dried at just the right moment. At least one other company or so, seems to be using cut up green bananas. You can taste those as not being ripe. Those kind taste green. These taste ripe and fresh.They have a great texture, great taste, and are slightly cheaper than some brands.

A bit pricey for what you get, but sometimes you gotta pay for what you want. I get a blueberry & grain cereal, but sometimes there just aren't enough blueberries. That's when I got these. I didn't want dried fruit - too chewy, but FREEZE dried, and these are perfect. Very happy with this purchase.

I like having freeze dried fruit available for emergencies (hurricanes, etc.) plus for traveling and working out at job sites. These blueberries are the best of the ones that I've tried. They're expensive, but then, so are fresh blueberries. I try not to eat more than I would if I were eating the fresh fruit, but they're so yummy that it's difficult to stop sometimes.

I loved this strawberry freeze! Flavor and taste were great, sweet with a slight tangy taste! Freshness, awesome! I can’t complain. It made the best strawberry buttercream frosting ever! I’ve tried using fresh and frozen strawberries in the past but this strawberry freeze version came out the best! Rave reviews on that flavor from every single person that ate that cake! I even used some to make strawberry ice cream and strawberry ice cubes! I’m in love with this product! I’m ordering more! It’s so, so good!

This is my second purchase of this item. We Love them in granola, or put them in our yogurt. Living in Alaska, the strawberries we get frome the store aren't very 'fresh', and they don't have much flavor.This is a great alternative..

I liked the fact it was just dried raspberries with no additives with natural flavor. I used it in cereal and to make pancakes with this as well as fresh raspberries.

These taste so good. They melt in your mouth.
