Hard to tell but I think it works a little
A friend recommended this for one of my cats who's very skittish and shy. It arrived on time and looks like any other brand of cat treat. It is a little pricey. I give these to two of my cats and they both love them. There hasn't been a drastic change in behavior. though one has quit running from the vacuum instead quietly leaving the room. I will reorder once more and adjust my review when new information is available.

Calms my kitty
This helps calm my tabby kitty when nothing else will. We tried everything the local pet store carries, including the pheremone sprays (which she hated). Highly recommended!

My cats enjoyed eating them, but I really couldn't tell a difference in my cats' mood who both have high anxiety.
