2013 6.2 Raptor - Extremely Satisfied
Put this system on my 2013 6.2 Raptor, and it both looks and sounds beautiful. It sounds much better than just great, and not a single video on YouTube gave this exhaust the justice that it deserves, as nobody's microphones pick up anything about the exhaust that isn't high pitched. The guys at the shop used the stock flange from the truck's exhaust, as the flange from the kit does not fit the Raptor's pipe. The stock flange worked perfectly, and does not affect the sound or airflow any differently than the kit's own flange. From what I've read, the Raptor is the only truck that the flange doesn't fit on but I am NOT SURE. The sound that the system makes is song-like, in the manner that it is beyond a pleasure to hear. I've had my windows open since it got put on to allow me to hear it clearly, so I can't say if there is a drone or not with the windows closed at highway speeds. It's turned many heads today, and if you have a Raptor, you need this exhaust. When revved to 3000-4000 in neutral, it actually crackles like an overpowered muscle car does, providing for instant satisfaction when first testing the system or showing it off to your friends. I went with the rear exit to protect it from rear tile projectiles, don't want to mess up the beautiful chrome finish that comes on it. If you want an exhaust that will make you smile every time you floor it, but not one that makes regular driving agonizing, this IS the exhaust for you. Just remember that it is louder than the YouTube videos, and much more pleasing. There is one set of two videos that provided the most accurate comparison between stock and this unit, the guy has a black Raptor and talks too much for about the first half of the videos. I don't have the link, but watching the two videos will give you a much better sense on the different volumes. This is what your truck should sound like, and you shouldn't wait as long as I did to order it. I'll post an updated review ONLY IF THERE IS DRONE. if there isn't drone, I've nothing to warn you about. Mainly left this review because I had many unanswered questions when buying it, and I'm sure that others have the same ones.

Little drone, not terrible
The media could not be loaded. I just ran what came in the box, no extra resonator. It does have drone I'll attach a video of inside the cab with windows up. It doesn't bother me 99% of the time. Few times it can get a Lil annoying but just keep your foot out of it. Sounds good and easy to install with another set of hands.

Sounds great! Easy install
Hardest part was removing the old exhaust, which wasn’t very hard.I don’t find the exhaust to be overly loud. At idle it sounds nice and lopey and when you get the revs up it does get louder but so far no drone and it certainly is not overly loud from the outside. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re laying on the throttle it gets your attention, but the other reviews made it seem like it was obnoxious. To me, it’s perfect for a daily driver Raptor.

sounds good, ads power
I've been looking around at exhausts for my 2012 f150 5.0 for the last year thinking I want something reasonably priced, sounds good, ads power, and isn't the same ol' look of one pipe out each side. The two chrome tips out the back looks awesome and the sound is better than any video I've seen online for this product. Install was about an hour and a half, a chop saw is awesome during disassemble to cut the rear pipe after the axle bend so you don't have to bend anything on your truck. Most difficult part is measuring the straight pipe you have to cut measure twice cut once. I wouldn't want it any louder or quitter this system is just right.

BEST exhaust ever
After researching exhaust for months I determined this is the absolute best sounding exhaust on the market. I know that's subjective to everyone but, for the money you can't beat it. It took about 2 hours by my self to install including unpackaging. The most time consuming of that was taking the old exhaust off with out cutting while working on the ground. Working on a lift is so much nicer but I no longer have one available. It didn't take long out on the road ripping around to know that I'm going to enjoy this exhaust. It makes people double take when they hear it and see an F-150. Everything in the box was as described in the product details. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even though I cashed in hotel rewards points for Amazon cards to pay for this, I gladly would have spent my own money.

2013 F-150, 6.2L, FX4 Pipe is different than 3.5L & 5.0L
Didn’t fit my 2013 F-150 6.2L FX4. Had to cut the old flange off the resonator and have it opened up and weld the pipe to that. Even Roush said they didn’t realize this model had the different pipe size like the Harley and Platinum editions. Below is from Roush’s site. My truck meet everything below, but still needed modification. This exhaust kit is designed to work on all cab and bed configurations for the 2011-2014 5.0L, 6.2L (including SVT Raptor), & 3.5L F-150s. This includes the XL, STX, XLT, FX2, FX4, Lariat, King Ranch, SVT Raptor, Limited, SuperCrew, SuperCab, and Regular Cab models. Please note that for 2011-2014 6.2L Platinum and Harley Davidson edition F-150s, modification to the factory exhaust flange will be required. ROUSH obtains its iconic aggressive sound on this system by deleting the restrictive factory resonator, and implementing a canister-style muffler with 3” exhaust piping.

Sounds great! However had to contact roush as I had issues with it not exiting truck propourly! They sent a new over the axle piece. Beware the system is made in China. Been on my truck for 4 weeks and already starting to discolor. Spend a little more for the made in America Borla system.
