Flight Instructor Practical Test Standards for Airplane Single-Engine Land and Sea: FAA-S-8081-6D (Practical Test Standards series)

I really can't think of any reason to buy this version of the book, as it is obsolete. If you bring this on your practical test, the examiner or ASI will most likely fail you because you are not bringing the latest version. As of this writing, you need the 2012 version with changes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. It is for sale at Amazon as well. Do yourself a favor and don't do what I did and have to buy both. The responsible thing would be for the seller to take this off the market.

This has all the information I need for my certified flight instructor testing.

Really thought I had chosen new not used and do not see anywhere it says used, but mi book already came full of notes and marked up.

Pictured is version 1-6, the PTS that arrived is version 1-5.

I ordered this about two weeks ago and it's the most current PTS. I don't know what the yoyo's below me are talking about when they say it's not the most current one.

I am currently using this as I work on obtaining my CFI certificate. The book is good quality and well priced.

I have a love/hate relationship with PST's and ACS's as, I'm sure many do.
