I wish it would remember passwords when switching between wifi but that’s just a bad WiFi issue, mostly I think people set and forget. My husband loves the images for gaming. We haven’t gotten to view anything but games at this TV’s full potential. The sound is great. After months of enjoying it we were gifted a Sonos system and enjoy it with that too. Can’t wait to get better internet to really enjoy it!

Im sure the product would have met all my expectations. Though, I never had a chance to find out.I purchased this through Amazon Renewed. It seems the original owner cracked the screen and strategically re-placed the stickers over the crack. I could see how this was missed through a visual inspections. However, when you turn the TV on there was no questioning the damage. Certain products should merit thorough inspections. I feel this qualifies. I wasted 1 month waiting on delivery and 2 months processing the return. In my industry, if I waste a significant amount of my customers time they will get the product at an extreme discount or even free. I am a little perturbed nothing was offered or given after all the wasted time.Know these risks when you buy from Amazon Renewed.

The only miss is a backlit remote for a premium TV, but otherwise this exceeded my expectations. The seller provided me a product in perfect condition. The TV is super slim, the OS is snappy and improved since my 2014 model LG smart TV. The picture is the best I've ever seen with the right content on Dolby Vision. Even in a bright room during the day the picture is vivid, but in a black room the perfect contrast ratio of OLED makes the picture truly unbelievable.

My TV arrived whit no screws for the stand and missing batteries for the remote. The box was in a very bad shape and was visibly opened and repackaged.
