If you want to annoy your co-workers, this is the pump for you!
I bought this pump for one purpose: to simulate a person urinating as an April Fool's prank. See, where I work, the men's room has only one stall. Every day I go to use it, and someone is in there. Every guy I work with wishes there were just one more hole in that pot. So, to make my work environment even more frustrating, I bought this pump. I hooked it up to a 6-volt lantern battery, 18 inches of tubing and other minor accessories, and placed it in the toilet stall on April Fool's day. I also set up an old pair of shoes and pants sleeves to complete the illusion that someone was in there taking the world's longest whiz. It ran for more than 3 hours before someone finally figured out that no one could possibly be in there for that long. It successfully recycled the water far longer than I had any hope it would need to--I thought the joke would be over in about 45 minutes. Yet, to my sublime satisfaction, I got to watch Larry from accounting stand outside the john, watching the time, and wondering how much longer that guy would be in there. Priceless.

Good flow, but burns the amps
Purchased this pump to use on our fish-keeping tanks. It makes good flow and seems to be constructed well. That's about the end of the good. The bad is that it gets very hot to the touch and eats batteries at an alarming rate. It consumed 4x Duracell Pro Alkaline in about 4 hours. Unless you have a very robust power source this pump isn't for you. It gained a star in my rating based on the "you get what you pay for" theory, and it's cheap! I have serious doubts about the durability of this hot-running, power-hungry little pump.

draw too much current
I used 5 pack 1.2V rechargeable battery to power the pump. These battery is rated as 1000mAH capacity. These battery only got the pump running about 15 minutes, the same battery can power my fish tank bubble stone for 4.5 hours! After test with digital multimeter, I found out why, the little pump is a power hog:at 6V, the pump draw 0.84 A current.at 4.2V, the pump draw 0.52 A current. In another words, with such high current, the pump degenerate my 1000mAH battery (normal operation current around 250mA) to merely 200mAH at 840 mA.

bought for cpu cooling, burnt out in about 3 months.
i use this for cpu cooling and thought it was awesome, till i went through 2 of them in about 6 months. they work fine in short bursts or if you had a way to cool em. it is also possible my amperage wasnt right, which wouldnt surprise me. i do have to say, if i were building a fountain or something along those lines, i would buy it in a heart beat, but for cpu cooling, not the best option.

7L/Min mini DC Water Pump
Bought and used it once to try to make a canister filter but not being submersible made it a bit more difficult since it isn't self-priming either. so i guess i'll just have it sitting around until i find a better application for this product but it was cheap so i can't complain.

used on my diy induction heater and performed well i did install a check valve so after i got it primed it would hold the prime. otherwise you must prime it every time.

nice little pump.
It puts out a nice volume of water for its size but it uses a lot of current. I liked it but wished it used less energy.
