North American Pet BBO22795 Bob Parrot Ladder, 48-Inch

Looked a very long time to find this. I was actually using it outdoors in a pond to stop the smaller animals from drowning. It works GREAT, weather proof, well made and the right height.

Love how sturdy this little ladder is. I actually bought this ladder for two long-legged elves I bought. I painted it red and it was a spectacular hit at Christmas this year. I bought the 48" (vs 36") so that it would appear that my elves were climbing up and decorating the tree. I am considering buying another (since I have two elves), maybe in the 36" length, to place in another location that we decorate each year.I admit to having been a bit concerned with the packaging. The ladder was in a plastic bag and that has cardboard over it with a simple piece of strapping tape at the top and bottom. The plastic bag was stapled to the cardboard as well to keep the ladder from falling out. I needn't have worried. The ladder arrived in perfect shape and is much sturdier than I thought it would be so I have no concern about buying another.

Exactly what we wanted for our Amazon parrot's cage. It is really well made and surprisingly heavy. Perfect!

Purchased 2 of these ladders for a Yellow Nape Amazon. Perfect step distance and length for traveling from the main cage to the play stand. Ladders come with brass hooks and predrilled holes, however, one ladder was missing a predrill... reason for the 4 star.

Its a sturdy ladder. I like the length. Makes it easy for my older bird who can't fly well to climb up to his cage from the floor.

Bought this for my sun conure. I have this leaning on his cage in the event he needs to get his cage when I’m not home to pick him up. It’s durable and appealing to the eye. I love it!!

It arrived on time and was as described. We were replacing a much heftier (made of larger gauge dowels), so I was a bit surprised. Our bird was less pleased with it than we were, though and will climb around it, rather that stand on it like he did with the old one. We have tried letting him get used to it, by putting in the cage with the old one, but he still avoids getting near it.

Seller shipped quickly and the ladder is perfect. This ladder is nicely made...not flimsy!I have had one of these ladders in the garden for years for the birds to climb on while they wait their turn at the feeder. Yes, the birds do use it! I painted it to ward off the elements (pretty mild in CA) and it lasted outside 12 months a year for years before it finally started to break up. I am looking forward to watching the birds use this replacement.
