I enjoy using this rolling pin for cookies, pies and bread. This is my "go to" when baking this past holiday season. I like that it is not heavy and moves easily over the dough. The clean up is a snap.

It’s easy to use. Not heavy. Just the right length. You have control over how soft or hard you roll your dough out. I had a very old rolling pin with handles on each side. It was gifted to me many years ago. My daughter wanted it so I gave that to her. But I needed something. This works great and it’s very easy to clean.

I am very happy with this rolling pin as I feel that I have more control over the thickness of my dough. I won’t be using my other one anymore.

I just used this today to make gingerbread cookies. Worked perfect. Completely smooth, no bumps or slivers. Easily wiped off to clean. I normally use the bulky rolling pins with the hands, and love this one so much more. I like that you can use the edges to get a smaller edge or working with dumplings.

for me it’s not long enough especially when I make my flakey dough for croissant otherwise it’s ok

Easy to use

I was really cross to buy what was described as French when it another product made in China. If I had known I would not have bought it.

Excellent shape & construction, exactly as needed. Perfect balance.

One of the best purchases I made that year, great quality, sturdy, easy to hold and handle. And as someone who bakes a lot it offered a lot of versatility in its uses. Much prefer the French style pin over a handle pin for the control it provides.

A great french pin for light pastry work exactly as you should expect it to be! Very good I would recommend!

Bigger space required to use than I thought, but really good quality wood, wipes clean well
