Simple to install, tools included. Sturdy enough to do the job with ease, I mounted a luggage carrier on them and undoubtedly went above the weight limit specified, drove eight hours and had zero issues, I recommend them over the ones from the dealership for three times as much, especially if you are using them for an annual summer vacation! Buy these! They work, they’re affordable and they do their job with ease!

On our XLE, very easy to install and seems super sturdy. One note though, I did mess up not setting my torque wrench correctly, I didn’t realize it was calling for 70 in lbs, and set mine to 70 ft lbs! Wondering why it needed to be so tight and then broke a bolt, so a lot of needless work to correct, my fault, but never had torque specified in in lbs. I jus snugged them by hand when redoing it and called it a day. I will say it looks good and the silver matches the one side rails well.

Like others have said, the quality of the endcaps is inconsistent. I had to use one of the spares as the original one would not clip on securely. Just remember to loosen the screws under the bars before trying to install them. It makes the installation much easier. Overall quality is very good.

These racks look great on my 2019 Toyota Highlander. They were fairly easy to install. However, within weeks, three of the end caps fell off while I was driving. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Autekcomma to replace these caps. I would like for the company to work with me to replace these caps at no cost to me due to the fact that we installed them as instructed. I would like to know if we should glue the caps on or will that void a warranty.

I bought these for our 2018 Toyota Highlander to support the SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box. (XL cargo box). With the unit fully loaded, the roof racks supported the weight with no problem. The installation of the racks were very easy and secure to the factory installed roof channel very nicely. The only issue I have with the rack are the plastic end caps. The do not stay on the rack as tightly as others we have purchased in the past. I have lost 2 of the originals and now one of the backups. I need to get another set to keep the bolts and roof protected from the elements. Can they be replaced without having to buy the whole rack again? (Question for the seller)Update 08-31-23: So I decided to change my Overall rating to a 3 due to the fact that I reached out to the seller and they won't sell any replacement covers in the event they are lost. They replace them it appears if within the warranty time period which tells me they have them around if needed. Seems like a bad business model in the event something goes wrong after the warranty. I was willing to pay for them!

Glad I spent a few more dollars on the chrome. Very clean look. Install was fairly easy, ensure proper length PRIOR to bolting down. Torque is in inch lbs, if you don't have a torque wrench local parts store loans them free. DONT OVER TIGHTEN. Do it right.

This product is great quality and super easy to install. It comes with an Allen wrench to adjust the size which is not noted in the instructions. Easy to do and took us under an hour to install. Comes with spare parts too. Highly recommend

Finally installed after buying 1.5 months ago...better late than never. Bought the bars to transport our two SUPs, across town mostly, but once or twice a year we take them up North (4-5 hour drive).Pretty easy to install. The instructions are vague, don't even have a picture of the molded pieces, but is intuitive if you take your time and look at how things fit together. Clearly overtightened the bolts with the first bar, so backed them out, but still tightened a lot cause I just can't stand the thought of them loose or finger tightened only, SUPs offer a lot of wind resistance. I really like how sporty it makes my Highlander look, from afar, in broad daylight. But up close, the gaps in the end caps, and ill- fitted moldings will constantly bug me. Also, I don't like the silver, and wish I would have chosen Chrome or Black, this is completely personal preference and I'd probably like the color better if my Highlander were Silver, not Jade. Do want to thank the manufacturer for the spare parts though... two end caps and moldings...which may come in handy down the road. First long trip next weekend, so they'll be tested.
