OtterBox Symmetry Series Case 77-61566 Compatible for Samsung Galaxy S10e - Aspen Gleam (Citrus/Sunflower)

The fit is perfect and it looks GOOOOOOD

This Symmetry case strikes the perfect balance between slim fit and bulky protection. It's not as thin as a PC or silicone case but the protection is noticeably much better, without being nearly as cumbersome as Otterbox's other models. Unlike other cases, it leaves a gap for the fingerprint reader instead of covering all around or over it. I don't know if this lowers the protection but it makes using the fingerprint reader very convenient.The rubber rim is firm and gives an adequate grip. While the plastic on the back is slippery, my hands are big enough to easily reach the grippy rubber on both sides (s10e isn't that big) so I think this is actually a good thing because it doesn't get caught in my pocket. Buttons feel nice and responsive.My only issue with this case is that there's a deep groove between the rubber and plastic parts that can collect dust and pocket debris.

It's an ok case, but this case is not a genuine Otterbox. The logo is different, no cerial number and no warranty for case or phone damage. My phone dropped not even 2 months in and this case did nothing to protect the camera screen of my 210E. After spending 85$ to get that tiny piece of glass repaired in order to use my camera, I regret not purchasing from A licenced distributor. Won't make that mistake twice.

Looks great for a few days, but quickly takes on the look of something fished from a dumpster fire and subsequently left to stew in a rain-water filled ashtray. The harder material looks great, and makes it easy to pick my phone out from a group, or find it in a dark room. Unfortunately, the softer material started to discolor after only a few days, taking on a dirty, uneven darkening (likely and unavoidably from the dyes in the pants pockets where it lives most of the time).After paying $50 for it, I'm on the fence on whether to replace it. I'm past the refund period, but quite frankly I'm embarrassed when people get a good look at my phone, it doesn't look like something you'd want to touch. Buyer beware, choose a color variation that uses black for its softer material. Aside from the that issue, it seems to be a solid case, and I'm confidant it will protect my phone from the occasional drops.OtterBox, please stop selling this product as-is. My experience will be repeated and your name will be floating around on a bunch of ugly looking smartphones.

I bought two of these, one in black and one in ivy green. Both phones are used and stored in the same way (one for work and one for personal use, but they are always together). The black ones has held up well but the rubber around the green one shows every scuff and mark. If you press on it too hard it leaves a permanently lighter scuff, like you would expect of rubber that has seen a great deal of UV damage. It has made the case look really shabby and old only after a few weeks.
