Excellent customer service
Despite being an RNS-E head unit, the initial disc would not load. The seller responded very quickly and sent me an alternative format to try. Worked perfectly. Excellent seller. Would recommend. Cheers Les.

Doesn't work unless your car has been set up by Audi first
Bought the CD as I wanted to use the navigation in the car, found out it only works if Audi have set the navigation up on the car.
