Comparison to stihl gas kombisystem blower
I decided to go electric and purchased this blower to replace my stihl gas powered model. Used for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Blew out my gutters and had plenty of power for the job. The design is lightweight and ergonomic. Does use battery as stated in description but I found that there is plenty of life for just about any homeowner job; I blew out my gutters, blew off the roof and both my driveways and used about half battery life. I would recommend taking easy on the turbo mode as it does pull down the battery quickly. non turbo operation is sufficient 95% of the time only needed turbo to get a large object moving then regular speed would easily move it along. There was absolutely zero power fade as battery discharged. Also very quiet compared to gas model; no need for earplugs or even worrying about disturbing the neighbors; slightly more quiet than my shop vac. I never realized how bad the fumes where on my gas blower until I used the electric, now I can't imagine going back. Plenty of power, sufficient battery life and quality build, this is a great product would highly recommend to replace gas powered if considering switching.

Awesome item.
This leaf blower is great for blowing leaves off the deck/porch. It also works for blowing off the pontoon boat, cement patio, and blowing a dusting of snow off the porch. I have not blown the leaves off the entire yard yet, but certainly has the power to do it. Love it.

Oregon Cordless BL300 40V 151 MPH Leaf Blower
This blower has all the power you need. Buy the Quick Charger for the batteries. The blower discharge horn needs an accessory tip of smaller diameter to make herding of dry clippings and leaves easier.I do recommend the blower et.al. Oregon products.

Another great product by Oregon
This blower has worked well for me so far.I have used it for what I would consider primarily light duty work - blowing out the garage, cleaning off the driveway, cleaning up my mower etc. It's also been useful for cleaning up after doing other work that might create a lot of dust or debris that doesn't need to be disposed of in any particular way. It's light enough that I think most anyone could use it, but is strong enough to cover most of the jobs a typical homeowner would have.So far my most common use for it has been cleaning up my riding mower after I've used it, and even if I didn't use it for anything else I'd consider it well worth not having to get on my hands and knees to get the top of the mower deck and other areas clean.

Amazing tool
Great power. Blows leaves out of other plants and ground cover. I would suggest the large battery for the blower.

stop working after a year
I used it once a week for a year and now it stops working. Battery is strong as I have a portable light to use. The blower is dead. I also had a power trim head that is also dead after a few months but got covered by warranty. This one I'm out of luck. So don't invest in this brand.

Best Handheld Blower
I have a love-hate relationship with this product, but mostly love. It is, without a doubt, the best (of 6) different cordless blowers I've tried over the last 5 years. By a good margin. Great power, slim and compact design, well-built. Also, the batteries have given me hundreds of charges, and have barely shown any loss of capacity.I use this blower on my deck in the Northwest US every single day to move small organic debris (leaves, needles, sticks, pods, moss, pollen, etc.), and I love it.Why not 5 stars? It has a serious but limited design flaw. Simply put, the safety switch/trigger fails after about 100 hours of waving from side to side. It uses a simple, plastic mechanism that ultimately fails as the pieces slide from side to side over time, eventually keeping the trigger from making a connection. ONLY vigorous and repeated side to side motion causes the mechanism to slide around (you can feel it), and ONLY a lot of it. But it definitely fails eventually, and long before it should otherwise. How do I know?Because I'm on my 3rd unit, and the first 2 failed (under warranty) in precisely the same way, after the same duration. I took them apart, and saw the problem, and was able to complete the connection to see that it was merely the failure of a tiny plastic piece in a molded plastic housing that brought it to a halt.Even so, I still sincerely recommend this product. I can't imagine anyone using this more thoroughly/harder than I do, and if you don't have to swing it from side to side to dislodge sticky debris (and don't have the serious forearm/tendon strength required to take it, daily) you shouldn't have issues.Granted, a new generation of 60-80 volt products are hitting the market, but most of them will just give you a longer work session, not more debris-moving power, than this simple in-line motor design.

Very easy to use
Works perfectly and very user friendly. I had occasion to contact customer service and they were the best. I am now very brand loyal to Oregon.
