Cooler works great and the backpack feature is awesome. I found the fastener hard to open and close, but I'm getting the hang of it.

This can be the best cooler ever compre to the yeti with the magnetic opening ( which really suck ) otter box is the best thing out the trust me

I really wanted to love this cooler. Great design and looks good. $200 was a lot, but found it marked down at Lowe's and bought it. Has a great lid and straps, decent sized. Problem is it doesn't stay cold. I put a frozen freezer pack in it and its room temperature 24 hours later. Cooler rides around all day INSIDE an air conditioned truck and sits each night inside the house. For the money I expected better cold retention. I have an RTEC that was less money that performs significantly better.

I received this as a Father’s Day present and what I thought was initially going to be great has been nothing but a disappointment. This cooler will not stay cold, regardless the time of year. I used it again last night was in the garage at 50 degrees and the ice was completely melted and the drinks had warmed up. For what this cost, I would go with another brand. Their customer service was not very helpful either when I tried to seek a warranty issue with it
