It is actually a beautiful bracelet.My complaint is this:My bracelet came incomplete without the little band that holds the end of the band down after it is close.That little band makes the difference between it sticking out and irritating you, or being properly closed like a watch.I contacted the seller in an attempt to make it right prior to a negative review.The seller sent me the little silicone piece approximately 3 weeks later.I was excited that I would now be able to wear the bracelet. HOWEVER, I was sent a silicone “holder” that was too large for the bracelet I ordered.So once again, when it is around my wrist, there is nothing to hold the end of the band.The bracelet is useless, as it easily comes undone without something to hold the end.As you see from the pictures, the replacement “holder” is so big that it doesn’t hold the end of the band. It slips out quite easily, then the band sticks straight out catching on clothing until it comes undone.I ordered a metal alert bracelet. It’s perfect.

This bracelet is so small you can not fit a 13 yr old autistic boys hand in it. It came fast, however is a waste of money because it is so small. I could not even asxa 120 pound woman fit it to my wrist. Its small band makes it impossible. You would have to be a very SMALL child. Completely not what is described . So disappointed. My son really needs this and we can not use it.

I love that I can have all my information on my wrist and the emergency card in case of an emergency. I love the multiple lines you can use on the Bracelet. It makes me feel safe to always have it on just in case of an emergency. The emergency alert card has enough room for multiple medications, conditions and emergency contacts, but is not bulky which can fit in my wallet easily.

Evidently I did not read all the fine print before ordering..the band is cute, but it’s definitely sized for a tiny wrist, would be great for a ore-teen. I’m just a normal sized guy and have to punch the extra holes...I can only fit it by using the very next to the last hole..Not sure how helpful this would be if your emergency occurred in a less than bright room, the lettering is difficult to read. Like I said, I should have read the fine print better, but I’m going to keep, at this price it’s not worth schlepping all the way to UPS.

It fits nicely. Feels comfortable. Just as described except pictures show symbol and writing is black but it's not. A little hard to see. So far I like it.

I appreciate the ability to customize these bracelets. They are a little too large for my 5 year old but I can make another hole. The silicone is nice. Overall, I think this business did a nice job. The bracelet was ordered in September and given an expected arrival of November. However, the bracelet was created and shipped within 2 weeks of placing my order.

The bracelet arrived timely and was purchased for my granddaughter who recently got diagnosed with an illness. It fits her arm nicely and she likes it. Had her parents phone number engraved on it. It did however somehow came off her arm, but has been located. The words engraved was in silver, but I thought it was going to be in black. But overall, nice to have.

The media could not be loaded.  It came a month earlier than the estimated time. Very comfortable. The plate is a little smaller than I thought it would be but it's still a good size and very readable. Came with a cute thank you card (I love those!), and came with a nice emergency medical card. When it unfolds you put your name, address, ice contacts, medications, allergies etc. The emergency medical card even comes in a heavy duty plastic holder for safe keeping! I literally have zero complaints!

I love this bracelet. Most medical alert bracelets are bulky and not very fashionable. This is a very fashionable design, I love the silver back to it. The lettering on the front is great I just hope it doesn’t start to fade. So nice being able to wear an essential wristband that has a nice look to it. It fits well, isn’t at all bulky and I am chuffed with it. It’s the best medical band I have owned. It blends in and makes me feel like it’s just part of my jewellery. Would recommend the link it’s a lovely shade x

Essentially, within six months the bracelet breaks no matter how careful you are in putting the bracelet on and taking it off. I’ve purchased three of these in less than 18 months and everyone has broken, the rubber strap always gives where it meets the metal tongue. If you have cash you could buy half a dozen and they will see you through a couple of years. For myself, I’m moving to a hardier, metal bracelet.

This product was just what I wanted. A bracelet that wasn't to obvious but obvious enough for its purpose.It fits nicely and is easily adjustable and arrived on time. A good item that I would highly recommend.

This has to be one of the best, two out of four were annoyingly useless, they both dell apart just weeks of eachother one other is great and now is a spare and one now is bright red silicon material which is very durable and is very comfortable to ware but a slight problem is the letter s are very small and need being larger

The bracelet is really good, but who can read what is engraved on the bracelet. Thought it would be a little larger. You have to strain your eyes to actually read what is on the bracelet, even with my glasses. If the stainless steel part was a little larger maybe the engraving would be more visible. But I like the presentation, the box, medical card and the bracelet, just that engraving is too small.
