Good and as expected
I just put these on my sons new small hiking bag for added support as the straps on his were not padded and I was worried when loaded with heavier items they would dig into his shoulders. The straps are about 1.5 inch in width and these worked well when put on. I had to adjust the velcro very tight to keep the straps high up in shoulder area but seems snug and like they will stay in place. I will not know how well they stay up until he takes it out with them on but the velcro is strong and seems like it will hold them in place well and provide more comfort on outings on his shoulders.

For more than just Seat belts!
I originally found these because I found a Lulu bag at a thrift store in mint condition other than the straps having the material peeling off. I bought these to go over them and it’s the perfect fit! Because they were such good quality I bought some for my husband and my seat belts. Thanks for this affordable upgrade!

Excellent, Soft, Easy to Use Right Away
I actually have a nice Osprey Backpack..but I like to wear tank tops and the straps scrape up my skin (its the straps with ventilation holes) Plopped these on and now backpack Is perfect!

With some effort on my part, seem to be doing the job
These arrived with a sickening plastick-y odor to them. I washed them and let them offgas for a couple months. Much better now. I tacked them onto my backpack straps with a few stitches so that they wouldn't slide down. Seem to be working well, padding that bad spot over my bony shoulders! Appear to be well made. Generally pretty pleased.

Comfy!
My sons use these to help take the load off their heavy hockey bags. They both love them, super comfy and helps them carry their bags with ease.

Although they do work, however, with some concern.
First, if you need a cushion for heavy items and you have a strap of 1.25" to 1.5" then you are going to get good performance. I primarily have a strap that is 1" and it is for a 7 pound camera which necessitated the flipping of the pad upside-down and putting the strap between the two velcro parts. This allows the stiff velcro and the thin cushion center to make a properly performing pad. So mostly, all is good in the cushioning department... long term is the question. When I opened the package I was hit with the smell of strong petroleum fumes... sort of reminds me of certain gel compounds from chemical reactions. I left it out in a high ventilation area for over a week and it still smells as strong or maybe stronger? I am not sure what will happen over time when sweat and sunlight gets it, will over time it will leach anything or cause a rash or something? Maybe my items are the exception?

These fit perfectly!

Comfortable, fair quality
Padding on my backpack was fraying and worn, this prevents further deterioration and makes it more comfortable with the added padding. Good product, decent quality. It did have some stray strands of thread that I had to snip to prevent it from pulling apart, but it wasn't a big deal.
