The case is easy to install and does a great job offering solid protection for the Surface 3! The red color of the device is brighter than it looks on the website, which is fine, because it matches my red Surface 3 keyboard perfectly! I have been using the case for about three months and it has survived daily use, commutes and air travel very well! The case is easy to clean and looks great after a few minor jolts and lots of daily use - no visible wear is discernable. The case does add bulk to the Surface 3; however, it is acceptable for me, as the protection it provides is worth the bulk! Definitely would recommend!Highs:- easy to install- provides excellent protection from minor jolts and bumps and spills (my three year old dumped water on the case - no harm done!)- easy access to ports- attractive- comfortable leather like texture - easy to hold and grip- precise fit - cutouts and bevel are well made and precise- raised bevel around screen- kickstand and case is very good when using with keyboardLows:- kickstand - a minor irritation at times as it is limited in adjustment (but so is the built in Surface 3 kickstand) - stand occasionally hangs-up while extending from position 1 to positions 2 and 3 - feels like it could snap if tugged to hard, but if closed and reopened once or sometimes thrice, it moves correctly - not a deal breaker but at times an irritant- need to remove case to access the micro SDHC memory card (more of a Microsoft design faux paux)- kickstand is not great for typing on lap

This is a great case! I don't know why the Blue one was cheaper, however, it is the preferred color for me as I have the blue keyboard and the blue pen.What I like! The color is nice, the design is really great! Although the Blue on the case doesn't match exactly as the dark blue keyboard I have doesn't bother me as both colors go really well together. I like how durable the case feels and I'm much more confident using it on the go then I was before. The stand is really great, I like how the second setting seems to be a better angle than the built in stand that is part of the Surface itself. The pen holder is in the perfect place. It holds the pen on top, the pen pops right out and it's nice the pen fits perfectly with the molded design.It fits great with the keyboard, it feels more natural with it and it's easy to flip the keyboard back to go into full tablet mode when holding it or when simply using it as a display screen. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to everyone!

Fits perfectly and provides great protection for my Surface 3 tablet. Seems to be a high quality product and I really like the way this case looks. It is very functional and I really like that it was shipped freaky fast! I received it only 2 days after placing my order with no delays. Product was packaged very well and I think these people care about their customers.I am going to buy more because my parents have the same kind of tablet and I think this would be the a no brainer for them.Also, just heads up guys, this case fits ONLY Microsoft Surface 3 case. It did not fit my other tablet 🙃I highly recommended this product! One of the best investments I have ever made!

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Fits my Surface 3 like a glove. The button sensitivity is just fine despite the buttons being covered by rubber. All port are accessible except for sd card access, which is blocked by the kickstand. This is not a problem however as it only takes a moment to take cover off and access sd card.I am thrilled with this product. I highly recommend. I would buy it again. I feel that my tablet is safe, there is a slot for the surface pen......and it looks uber cool!

I wanted something to protect my expensive piece of electronics and this case fit the bill. I used a similar model at work for the Pro 3 and decided to buy this for my Surface 3. Fits great, feels good in your hands and makes you confident it is protected. Matches my blue keyboard great and the stylus holder is perfect for Microsoft pens. It is a bit heavy but I expected that for the protection it provides. The only thing is the way the kickstand positions it seems kind of flimsy and doesn't sit perfect all the time. The kickstand is not as comfortable on your lap as the Surface 3 kickstand but it's not terrible. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for some superior protection for your Surface 3.

I bought this case to protect my new Surface 3 (love it) and searched for all types of cases. This one had high marks for other tablet devices (such as Android, Surface Pro 3, and iPads) and also phones. I bought the red because it's my favorite color plus it just looks cool. If Spiderman made protective cases, this is what it would look like. It feel durable and was easy to install. It has a place on top to put your stylus pen which is a bonus. Also, there is a small elastic loop on the upper right side that holds the optional keyboard closed for the surface. This does not include any type of screen protection. When the keyboard is closed, it is the protection in that instance. You can find screen protectors on Amazon (such as Skinomi) in case you decide not to buy the optional keyboard (I have not yet purchased it myself).

La primera y la única carcasa que lleva mi surface 3 ya que es perfecta y creo que no se va a romper nunca. Lleva ya 1 año y sigue como el primer día. Una gran marca que ofrece diseño funcionalidad y durabilidad.

I have had this item quite a while and can say that it most certainly does it's job. I and my grandchildren have put this item too the test. I keep the surface 3 by the side off my living room chair most of the time, and from time to time I accidently knock it over. using this item has protected it. It has also fell from the arm of the armchair and survived unscathed. Now for the worst incident, I have a grandson who one aim in life is to pick things up and through them. at this point I must point out that he is only 18 months old and hence unreasonable with. On this day I accidently left my Surface at floor level (normally when he visits everything is raised above his reach) and of course he grabbed it and launched it across the living room. It must have travelled at least four feet and landed with a deathly thud. I was sure damage would have been done but amazingly no. I just switched it on and it was like nothing had happened. I don't know if it was this item but I am sure without it it would have had a different outcome.

This case is awesome. I just purchased for my Surface 3 and the anxiety of using it with hardwood and ceramic tile floor has faded away. The side and back drop protection is great and there is a good sized lip around the front to protect against front falls as well. The back 'frog skin' material has a satisfying grip and a nice amount of cushion. The built in kickstand is very well made with reassuring 'clicks' for each of the positions. Even in the lowest position I could put all my weight on it and compress the hinge without any damage done. The stylus holder is also great as I do use the stylus quite a bit. I've paired this with a tempered glass screen protector to keep my tablet damage free for a long time to come.
