From what I read the book seems to be okay there is some good information in there but maybe a bit boring or should I say a little scientific not looking for scientific so I guess you have to scan it and come upon things you are interested in and does give you some good information I find it unbelievable that there are no reviews for this book I went everywhere on every website I googled it nothing nothing all I can find was things about whether this doctor pescatore was a lunatic or real I tend to think he's real and on the money about what they don't want you to know pharmaceutical companies so maybe this is you will help somebody that wants to buy this book it was impossible to find a review on any of his books and not all of them were at this price they were pretty high price and I like the physical book so I can refe anyway pretty good book some good information if you read it or scan it to find exactly what you're looking for
