OTTERBOX SYMMETRY CLEAR SERIES Case for Samsung Galaxy S10 5G - Retail Packaging - CLEAR

This is supposed to be an Otterbox but I dropped it flat on the ground one time and this is what it did. My phone was in perfect condition, not even a scratch and now the back of it it cracked and broken and my camera is messed up also. I'm gonna have to pay the $250 insurance deductible to replace my entire phone. So I'm now out the $250 plus the cost of a new case and the case I already spent money on that was NOT adequate enough to do its job. Not very good protection at all.

Phone already cracked after one drop. Giving this 1 star as Otter Box should never have sacrificed their reputation with a sub par case. Either don't make one for the 5g or make it like the others. I have always used otterbox maximum protection cases and never had a problem. Neither have I had to worry that they did not make one for my model of phone. If I had known they had no good cause for this phone I would not have gotten the phone. I would have gotten one with a good case available.

There are so many great things to love about this phone! The fingerprint sensor is ultrasonic and after registering each thumb twice it works like a charm. This display is 6.7 inches dynamic amoled WQHD+ resolution with gorilla glass 6 for protection! It comes equipped with 256 gb internal storage, 8 gb RAM and a snapdragon 855. It has a huge 4500 mAh battery capacity that can be charged wirelessly at up to 15 watts and 25 watts wired. It also has a feature where you can use your phone to wirelessly charge up most other Qi supported wireless chargeable devices (e.g. your wireless earbuds, smart watch, another phone). It has some amazing cameras! 12mp primary, 12mp telephoto with 2x optical zoom, 16 mp ultrawide, 10 mp front facing camera, and a time of flight sensor on both the front and back sides of the phone to aid the cameras focusing, and it can shoot 4k video. It also still includes a headphone jack, has very nice dual audio speakers with Dolby atmos support, comes with headphones in the box and a charger which super fast charges at 25 watts. It is IP68, dust water resistant. The only real downside that I dislike about this phone is that it doesn't have expandable storage like the rest of the s10 series phones do so you only have the 256 gigs of internal memory to work with, which is still a lot of space.

Just wanted to give a heads up to clean the back of your phone before using, all the fingerprints will show. Wish it came in different colors.

If I could, I would give 0 Stars. I purchased this case for my phone. Although it fits fine and seems durable.... it is not. My phone fell less than 2 feet and now the back of my phone is shattered. Beyond disappointed in this product.

This is an OtterBox, therefore it's great! I use my phone for work and this has a great grip, I don't feel like it's going to fall out of my hand which is wonderful! Works perfectly with my wireless charger!

I like the product . It has a nice snug fit and provides the advertised protection as I dropped 2x by mistake. I have no cons as buttons work fine once case is in place. I have not used my fingerprint reader as of yet,

This case looks so stylish! It allows me to show off my phone's unique style & color all while protecting it. Extremely durable. I have had it on my phone for a long time. Doesn't show any wear and tear and protects my phone perfectly!

Perfect!! Fits well and no obstruction to any ports. Ive dropped my phone a few times and the case definitely done it's job!!

The Case turned to Greenish colour around the sides after a week normal conditions. Now looking for black one to replace.

I like this cover because it's solid . I was using for my note 4 and now I'm using for my s105G . I couldn't suggest better one😁
