Highly recommended
Super easy to use! I’m an overproducer so this product has 2 purposes in our household. It’s used while baby nurses to collect letdown and I use it independently to relieve engorgment. It’s not as efficient as pumping but it definitely helps draw out the milk when needed (if not engorged it won’t fill unless you’re already ‘leaking’). We clean it with soap and water then sanitize between uses if I plan on saving the milk. Great to keep in the diaper bag or your purse for quick relief - everything fits together in the little bag.The suction is strong enough to hold on hands-free but it does get heavy with milk and can detach, making a mess. Just pay attention to it. I would recommend waiting until baby knows how to latch and you’re comfortable before trying to use this because it will get kicked off if you have a squirmy newborn. The bulb is used to plug the opening and prevent spills. The flat cap can be used as a loose fitting lid or as a pedestal in the fridge. We have wire shelves in our fridge so the cup will not stand on its own, the flat lid is a lifesaver.

Just buy it!
One of the best, most used items I purchased before baby came! Functional, so easy to use, minimal discomfort, and easy to clean. You can use it on low suction to catch and save leaked milk at start of feeding and then again on a higher suction as baby finishes at each breast to get that last bit out & stimulate your breasts to produce just a little bit more. I didn’t use this at first as I had no leaking initially and was worried about over-production. But by about 3.5 weeks, I was ready to start pumping a little to let Daddy give a bottle a day and just hated the breast pump. By using this to catch leaks and after almost every feeding, I am saving more milk than doing a 15-20 minute pumping session after the first feed of the day. If it hurts, it means you’re using too much suction - I’m slightly sore after using but the discomfort is gone within minutes. I just purchased my second so I don’t have to worry about cleaning the one in the middle of the night.

must buy!!
This haakaa is a blessing! It's great for any mom who is breastfeeding! I love being able to catch my letdown; no more soaked breastpads/bras/tshirts/sheets/etc! This haakaa is clear silicone, with a pretty flower design on the flange, and is a nice size (not bulky/heavy). It's very easy to clean. The plug that comes with it is very handy, and blocks the milk from spilling if it's tipped over. The lid that it comes with is not a tight fit on the flange.and the milk will spill if it's tipped with just the lid on it. You cant use both the lid and plug at the same time. I like to put the lid on when I'm storing the haakaa in the travel bag it comes with. Being able to walk around the house and do things with it on is SO nice! I have been breastfeeding for 6 months and I regret not buying this sooner. If you are looking for a sign to buy this, here it is!! BUY IT!

A must have!!
If you are a mom who has trouble pumping you need to buy this pump!! Pumping has always been really hard for me. I would either not get anything but MAYBE a couple drops or I would get MAYBE an ounce or so after pumping both breasts. Now I will say this pump takes a little messin with sometimes to get it suctioned right (might just be me tho lol and I just got it a few days ago) but it works way better than any electric pump I've used. It is also super easy to clean (being it's one solid piece) and comes with a stopper and cap so when you're done pumping/catching you can put either on to keep from spilling your liquid gold!! It also comes with a cute bag for easy travel!! I have added pics of what I pumped in one sitting and it might not seem like much to some moms but for me its huge!! So if you are thinking about purchasing one, think no further and just go for it!! You wont be disappointed 😊

Must-have for moms!
I collect around 6-8 oz a day just by suctioning this thing on when I feed my baby. I read article after article when I was pregnant and one of them mentioned a haakaa. I decided on this one because of reviews and I got a stopper, lid, and bag with it unlike the real haakaa. So, I decided to save a few bucks and buy this one! I don’t do anything but stick it on there and I get enough milk to leave my baby with my mom for a few hours while I run errands. That’s a big deal for a first time mom. You aren’t prepared to be tied up like a ball and chain to your baby. It’s exhausting and you start to feel like a miserable robot... I cannot express how much this thing has helped to save my sanity. 110% buy it NOW. The best purchase I’ve made hands down.

Really bad suctioj power
I had same product from another brand and left it in my second home so I decided to get another one for my first home and thought it would be great to get this one with an interesting discount. It was not worth it. I get to extract just a little bit of milk even when I can tell mu breast is full. I have tried all different ways to get it to suck properly and it just doesn’t work... my other one was so much easier. I am really dissapointed at this product.

Bought two and they vary… lower rating for the thin one
First, I’d like to say that I really love these pumps. They’ve made cleaning pumps so much easier than my Elvie. This review is long over due.I bought two of these, one in January and another in April. After receiving the second one I realized that the new one is flimsier than the other, and that seemed odd. I still use them both, but I like the less flimsier one because it seems to have better suction.I also, for the life of me couldn’t figure out how to use the lanyard. I tried to look on here but had no luck. If anyone can shed some light I’d appreciate that!I’d give a higher rating but with the flimsier one, I can’t say it works as well.

Buy this . . . maybe two!
I’m currently on my second nursing journey with two of these bumblebee silicone pumps and they are amazing!! I have banked well over 300oz in my freezer stash from using this on the opposite side while nursing in the first two months! I also have the more well known brand version (starting with an H) and, in my opinion, these are much better!!I definitely recommend having at least two so you can always have one clean if one is in the fridge or just dirty.
