Live 3 inch Hi Fin Sharks for Aquarium Fish Tank or Pond

I originally purchased two 3 packs ot the High fin sharks. 4 died within days of adding to my pond. I contacted the seller and he offered to replace next time I placed an order. I immediately placed an order for three 1-2 inch fish. He responded with an offer of four 7 inch fish or ten 1-2 inch fish. I opted for the 4 seven inch fish.When they arrived, three were completely gray. I send him a pic of them still in delivery packaging and told him that we're sick. He replied that the gray color was due to shipping and their color would return. Well, 10 days later, all three gray ones were dead. Today, the last of the 4 has disease and is almost dead. I have thousands of dollars worth of Koi in this pond. Let's hope he didn't send diseases fish that are going to kill my koi. There will be civil economic consequences.
