There was (1) left arm chair that did not have any holes drilled out in the frame to be able to be put together. I immediately called the 800 number and contacted the company and they could not do anything for me until I had my invoice number from Amazon and then I would have to e-mail that information to them before they could help me. It took me a couple of days to get information to them and they responded back to me about (1) week latter that they have received my paperwork and that they were working on my problem. I'm now going on (3) weeks and no arm for a chair that I'm able to use. I'm very disappointed with the product and the service for their poor quality control to make things right. The seating height is about 4-5 inches lower than normal seating, great for kids not adults!

I am very happy with these. Although it did take me a few days after cussing all Allen wrenches in general, after assembly, lol It was pretty easy to assemble but so tight that you need way more patience than I have. The set is larger than what I had imagined from the pictures and are comfortable seating for most. My 6'2 son has to stretch his legs out when sitting in the chairs, so keep in mind that they are sturdy and wide but made for shorter people. All in all, we really like them.

It’s really small but does the job if your on a budget

One Coffee table leg is short 5/8 from the other legs I’m not happy that we had to affix something to the bottom of it to raise it! And it is a very low sitting set for people who are 5’9”. You get what you pay for with this one

Looks nicer than I expected for wicker. Very small table. It looks nice on our deck though. Teenagers sat in it for movie night outdoors and it held up. Haven't had it long enough to know if it will last. I would recommend this.

Disappointed in quality, box was a mess and the furniture itself was falling apart. Some of the pieces don’t fully come together flush.

Bought this because of the flexible payments and took a chance with no prior reviews. I saw the same set on bed bath & beyond for double the price.This turned out to be a great addition to my patio. Was slightly difficult to assemble but seems to be sturdy enough.

You’ll get great exercise chasing the flimsy cushions around your yard when the wind blows! I knew it was low to the ground when I bought it, now I have buyers remorse.
