this one is my favorite. i've tried a lot of them and this one has that distinct feta flavor i really like, creamy and/or crumbles if you use it right from the fridge. never dry and tasteless.

Sharp and very tangy. Good in salads, and anything else like pasta. The taste is so overwhelming that a little of this cheese goes a long way and can be used for flavoring. Perfect if you like creamy, tangy and bitter. It's on the moist soft side, not hard like other kinds of local fetas. Worth trying if you like fetas.

I love this brand but for the relatively small slab you get I wouldn't say this price is a good value. I would buy this alot more often if;1) The price came down by about $2.00and2) If you could get it as a regular Amazon Prime item that didn't require a large minimum just not to have to pay $9.95 shipping!and3) If Amazon Fresh also carried it; not just Whole Foods (because there are some items I might buy along with it that Whole Foods doesn't carry.

Milder and creamier than Greek feta without sacrificing a lot of flavor. A new favorite!

Good but over priced

Great taste, not super salty and rich flavor. This is as close as you’ll get to authentic Greek feta with great flavor. I think it’s a bit overpriced for the amount they give but the taste makes me buy it again and again!

I’m a big fan of sheep’s milk cheeses and this one is no exception. Milder and creamier than most fetas. Spoils quickly after opening so don’t wait too long. Great in greek salads and over salted watermelon!

I live the tangy, salty flavor of this cheese & the fact that it doesn't have a strong sheep's milk flavor. I use it as a topping over arugula drizzled w pomegranate molasses. Delish!
