Q: Are they covers white or grey?

Kind of an eggshell but more white than grey.

Q: My stock speakers blew in my boat. ALways have bass all the way down. sub covers it. Will these hold up?to full volume?

You need to set the amplifier's input levels properly. Speakers should never blow when the bass is reduced although I don't know how you would do that unless the head unit has separate zones for the channels and you can adjust the Bass & Treble separately in each (like Fusion and some others). You don't jack the input level controls just because it makes the sound louder- you're supposed to find the head unit's max undistorted output level, then find the max undistorted output level for each amplifier channel and not exceed the head unit's max clean setting for the volume control.
