I don't usually review products but this mug is just too good not to review. Seriously this cup is so sweet! I drink a few glasses of tea every day and was looking for a new mug so I was thrilled when I found this. The mug just got here and it exceeded my expectations! I am super excited to use it! :)* My only complaint would be that it was in a fitted box but it didn't have any kind of bubble wrap or anything to protect it. I had also ordered a 10 pound box of candle wax and amazon put them together in one box with nothing to protect them. Thankfully, the mug got here safe and was not broken. I still gave five stars though because this was amazons screw up, not the seller.

Arrived on time, well packed and undamaged. It is a very pretty mug from a reliable company. I have a Kirkman Lancaster Tea/Coffee series mug that dates back to1999. It came with an infuser and lid and this mug looks to be of the the same quality. I’m very happy with my purchase.

It is a lovely mug, but 30 grams heavier than the original. I have to get used to it

Bought this for my mother & she loves it! However I think the price steep for a mug!

When I placed my order the picture showed three mugs, so I thought I was ordering a set of three. Only one mug arrived in the mail. Upon inquiry, I was told that this was a high quality mug made in England not China! The picture was changed – it now features only one mug. I feel misled by this vendor!
